They walked me through the entire process of what they were doing, and offered a ton of advice on how to maintain our new ac unit.

Turnkey Installation has provided peace of mind…read more Critical Power Solutions recently installed a 26kW Generac Generator for my Fort Bend County, TX home. I procrastinated in getting a generator because, after reading various reviews, I was concerned that they would require too much maintenance on my part. However, after Hurricane Beryl in 2024, I knew that with medical issues, we could not go through a lengthy power loss again. Thuan and Bill came out in response to my inquiry and assured me that they provided a turnkey installation as well as a maintenance package. They did not promise me an installation date but said they would get right on it, which they did. My electric and gas lines are on opposite sides of the house and it required major trenching. The yard was left in very good shape. It took weeks to get it installed and activated but the delay was not due to Critical Power Solutions but rather to the numerous permits and inspections needed. It's a long multi-step process but Thuan, Ethan and Chris kept me informed of progress at each step. It's a team that seems dedicated to customer service which is much appreciated. When it was finally activated, Chris did a detailed walk through showing me the location of various switches but the whole process is so automated that, with a full service contract, I may never need to do a thing. It runs a weekly test and has wifi built-in so status can be seen on an app with notifications if there are any issues. I feel secure and ready for major power outages now and highly recommend the team at Critical Power Solutions.

Critical Power Solutions: I am writing to discuss my…read moredisappointment and frustration regarding the Summer of 2024 generator installation. Initially, I appreciated the professionalism with the staff member, but after signing contract I encountered numerous issues: - Appointment scheduling was consistently problematic, with scheduled times missed and no follow up calls or text from team. -I proactively reached out consistently to reschedule or obtain updates. -The generator was delivered and installed which was challenging for team. It was unable to set up remote monitoring due to serial number issues, which took some time to resolved. I still cannot log on. -The generator would start but not shut off unexpectedly. - A technician visited for over four hours, during which the panel caught on fire, had to be replaced. I signed a contract for monitoring and service, though not charged, no one responded. - I contacted Thaun on 5/25/25 regarding maintenance service, he said he would schedule that week, I still have not heard from him. I went above and beyond to work with this company, but I would not recommend them. I now have to get another company to service my generator and hoping it was installed correctly so I will not have to pay to fix issues. Colleth

Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I received no meaningful response or progress on the project. During my efforts to resolve the issue, I discovered that this was not an isolated incident. I became aware of more than 30 other homeowners who reported experiencing similar situations with this location. I escalated the matter to the parent company in Tomball, Texas. Initially, they acknowledged the situation and indicated they would honor or address my deposit. However, after several weeks of communication, they stopped responding entirely, and I have not received any resolution. As of May 2026, nearly nine months later, I do not have a generator, and my deposit has not been recovered. I also contacted Generac, the equipment manufacturer, to seek assistance. They stated they were unable to intervene in disputes with independent dealers and did not offer a path toward resolution. This has been a very costly and frustrating experience. I strongly encourage others to fully vet both the dealer and the contract terms before making any upfront payment.

Excellent Generator Installation Service - Highly Recommend A&A Genpro…read more Since we had a few storms back to back in Houston I decided to shop for a whole house generator. The last 2 storms all generator company's has been busy servicing and selling generators. After getting some quotes I decided on working with A&A Genpro the entire process was great and exceeded my expectations. The installers are very professional and hassle-free. The install team arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. They explained every step of the installation process, answered all my question. Quality of Work: The installation was done efficiently, with attention to detail. The wiring and setup were neatly done, and they made sure the system integrated seamlessly with my home's power supply. They also took care of any permits and ensured that everything was up to code. The customer service was excellent. Pricing: I found their pricing to be competitive, especially for the quality of service I received. Overall Experience: I'm very happy with my new generator, and I feel much more secure knowing that I won't lose power during an outage. I highly recommend A&A Genpro for anyone looking for a reliable and professional generator installation service.

We had a sales person (Matt) came for an estimate for standby home generator on April 30, 2026. We…read moresigned the contract and paid for a deposit with credit card. We applied for their Synchrony Bank payment plan with no interest for 18 months. After sales guy left I checked the location of the proposed area and saw that there is a vent there. I called and emailed him. He said he didn't know what type of vent but the generator is vertically 5' away from the vent and 5' away from a window. However, the generator is NOT 5' horizontally from the vent. We also told GenPro sales guy it takes 30 days for HOA approval. GenPro emailed us the estimate on May 5. I applied for permit with HOA on May 5 after talking to sales guy and receiving his drawn in generator in my pictures that I sent him. Meanwhile I emailed our builder (May 3) and independent home inspector (May 6) to find out what type of vent is near the proposed location. We thought the fresh air intake vent is on the roof. It took them a few days and we received replies on May 6. They confirmed that it is the fresh air intake vent. So when the generator emits carbon monoxide it would travel approximately 59-60" up into the fresh air intake. Yes I took into account the concrete pad and the top of the generator. I measured the vertical distance from the height of the generator to the bottom of the vent. On May 6, their install team emailed and said they would do installation on May 18. I told GenPro to hold off on everything as I am waiting for HOA approval and I am not comfortable with the proposed location and need to do more research. This was the same day I received replies from builder and home inspector. GenPro then sent a field supervisor to my house on May 8 to answer questions. He said GenPro would move the location further along the wall and we would not have to pay for the extra electrical and gas trenching cost. This would mean there is about 20' between the generator and AC where we can't push the lawnmower in. We have a narrow lot. We do not feel this is best for us. In addition when time comes replacing the AC unit would have to be lifted above the generator. There is no gate on the side with the AC and proposed generator. Meanwhile Synchrony Bank charged us 50% of the balance on May 1 (over $6,000). I received an email of the CC balance on the account and it is due 6-2-2026. I did not receive the Synchrony credit card in the mail until May 11 and have not even activated the credit card. I have emailed GenPro on May 11 to cancel, request deposit refund and charge back to the Synchrony amount. I have not heard from them. BEWARE of this company. The sales team just cared about making the sale. If I had not questioned the proposed location GenPro would have installed the generator at a location that is UNSAFE and possible leading to death. See my picture of the vent and GenPro's marked up of where the generator would be.
