They are very responsive to your inquiry and provides a top notch customer service. I hired Manny's Construction for my bathroom tile work, and fixing the toilet leakage issue. Manny came out himself, assessed the work, and in the same evening, his wife sent me the estimate for the job. Manny went above and beyond to do the work, and I did not feel like he nickled/dimed me for additional work that he performed. Moreover, at the end of the job, I got more than what I paid for, which is always a win-win feel as a customer. For example, I wanted tile to be laid out diagonally to be more appealing from design perspective. It did require more effort so he initially quoted me additional amount, which i respectfully declined. However, that evening, while chatting about other things, he offered to do it for free.
