I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email.
