They came out when they said they would, did a very thorough inspection, took photos, and walked me through everything step by step so I could actually understand the damage. What I appreciated most was the honesty -- they told me my roof still had life left in it and recommended repairs instead of pushing for a new roof. The crew was professional, cleaned up completely afterward, and the repair looks great. Since then we've had heavy rain and zero issues. The attic pull down access is not up to code and will need to be enlarged when the time comes to replace furnace. The upstairs floor does not seem level and most of the doors now do not close properly. Unfortunately, these issues only developed after their liability expired, but if you want the job done right with knowledgeable workers and quality material, do not hire NRT.

I called Jacob to explain why a refund was warranted and received a verbal confirmation that a refund would happen. This was followed by continuing to ignore all emails over the course of 2 months of attempting to get a response. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to avoid working with PuroClean.

The only one problem was they left nails in two of our beds. He did suggest the UV light and will be coming back to install.
