Lone Star Pro Services was very professional. They work clean and everything went smoothly from consultation to day of work. We got our HVAC cleaned from dust and molds and they did a fantastic job. We came back to our house with a fresh clean air and it was nice to breathe again inside our home without worrying about the molds and dust. George was very good at communicating and even suggested helpful tips how to take care of our HVAC with recommendations with no pressure. You can tell that George really cares and willing to help. He will let you know upfront what are the things needed to be done. Very professional work from him and his team. Great price and you get professional clean work! Thank you Lone Star Pro! read more

Great work. Fair pricing. Quick turnaround. George and team did a fantastic job with my water damage / mold remediation project. Their work. (Home prep, covering, and barrier sealing) is impressively sharp and clean. His team is punctual, honest, and trustworthy. Would recommend them to anyone. read more

Great experience with Lone Star Pro. We had a really dirty AC vent in one of our bathrooms so we had an AC tech look at it. He saw mold growing all inside the vent and referred us to Lone Star. Thankfully, it was just run-of-the-mill mold and not black mold or anything. Still, it was unpleasant especially since I'm pregnant. Anyway, we called them on a Friday afternoon hoping to expedite service (since I was concerned about breathing in mold). Even though George was clearly very busy with pending projects (I think he may have been out-of-state at the time), he was able to explain a lot on the phone (as much as he could without actually seeing the vent in-person). He was also able to squeeze us in the next morning (a Saturday). In the morning, George came in-person to take a look at the vents and explain everything about the potential cleaning service. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions. His team (two guys) were the ones actually performing the mold cleaning and George left after talking to us. I appreciated that he made sure to be there in-person to get us all set up. The job was performed relatively quickly (we had to leave for a couple hours) and we were satisfied with the service overall. Ultimately, great communication and service. Would highly recommend. read more

They were pros and fast. I'd use them for your vent cleaning needs. They came the next day and were finished in under an hour when we had a veryyyyyyyy clogged dryer vent! read more

George and his entire team were nothing short of amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail and going the extra mile made such a difference. The amount of time George spent explaining the repair and restoration process as well as working with our claim adjuster was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this business if you have mold damage issues or water damage. First thing that caught my eye is how clean everyone in the crew. They do their work extremely well and very clean. Not a single dust particle came into my house while work is being performed. Project finished on time, and passed inspection from the first time. Very pleased with services. (Yelp says my location is "Helotes, TX", but I live in West Oak Forest in Houston) I called them in May of last year to clean mold out of my A/C. They charged me for cleaning and sanitization but they did NOTHING to eliminate the mold in my system (see attached photos of the mold they never cleaned) I tried calling them to have them come correct the situation. They no-showed for that service call and then told me that they are booked for 3-4 weeks. He then claims that I declined a plenum cleaning and that I'd have to pay EXTRA for that. Why would I decline a plenum cleaning if that's where the mold lives??? I asked for a refund, and George says they offer no refunds or warranties. If you decide to use them... Good luck! read more

George will provide you a 3 hour window to do an assessment. The purpose of the three hour window is that they are able to provide you an assessment in the first hour and if the price is workable, they will do the work immediately after inspection. George wore a protective covering over his school to protect tracking in dirt. He did a fine job discussing all the work require to have clean duct and eliminating mold, Mildew and bacteria. I was please with my quote and look forward to him fulfilling the service. More to come. read more

The representative became rude when asked to disclose the recommended chemical for encapsulating mold areas instead of removing them as suggested by the EPA. He also stated that his solution was only temporary and we would need to call him again. He also suggested we consider removing our entire HVAC system, which is appalling. Also seems like he is just trying to upsell his service initial duct cleaning went from $600.00 to $2200. read more

George is awesome; professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with the HVAC cleaning he provided my home. In the past I've felt HVAC cleaning is a scam because every time I enquired about cleaning I would get pressured into spending more money, more upsales and never really explain what the problem was and why I needed that much work done! I have an older home and there was "stuff" coming out of some vents in the house, so I was very nervous to have to reach out to another HVAC company and repeat past experiences. George is legit! Explained everything very well, showed me pictures throughout the entire process and never pressured me to spend more or get more work done. The air quality in my old house is noticeably better, feels crisp and clean! Thank you Lone Star and George for a great experience read more

The guys are really responsive, reliable and can create a good value for the buck! I would highly recommend them!

We have used Lone Star 2 times for cleaning our dryer lint duct. The first time was great. This second time I am disappointed. He did a good job cleaning the duct, unfortunately my entire front yard, side yard, and front entry are cover in bits of lint. (Pictures included)If you have any synthetic clothes it is NOT biodegradable lint. https://operations.tufts.edu/recycle/news/2013/03/12/lint-to-compost-or-not-to-compost/ We will not be using Lone Star again. read more

Edgar Came out and removed the smell of mold from our A/C ducts. They came out originally and did a wonderful job. About a month went by and a faint smell returned. They came back out at no charge and treated the system again. The smell is gone. Edgar had told us originally that the initial smell may return but they guaranteed there work. They are honest and they stand by there warranty. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Steve read more

George was very professional and courteous. He showed up within my appointment window and was able to do the job in a timely manner. I also purchased the YELP deal. He cleaned the vent and even helped reattach the pipe because it wasn't attached properly. The booking woman (I can't remember her name) was very sweet and set up was hassle free. I would highly recommend and plan on using them in the future. read more

I did not decide to do the air duct cleaning with this company the individual who came to give an estimate had a foul odor, was not wearing a mask, and not through compared to the other companies that came in our home for an estimate. He only gave maybe's and no photos. I selected this company first because of their great yelp reviews. I did not get the same experience as others. read more

I HIGHLY recommend these guys!! Honest and very professional, top notch customer service. Every question I had was answered promptly and they arrived on time! I highly recommend Lone Star for thorough and outstanding work. George originally came to remove mold from our air vents. He did such a great job, we had him return for tile, carpet and dryer vent cleaning. George was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Such a great experience. My technician was honest and very helpful. The work that was done was not only done correct but he showed me before and after what was being done. I called Lone Star because the company that originally cleaned our ducts and guaranteed their work and has a 24/7 cal line never answered my calls when I had a mold issue afterwords. I was very upset and have a baby at home. The person who answered at Lone Star answered on my first call. They got someone out for an inspection that same day even though they were booked bc we have a baby and had mold detected. The service man arrived in the evening after his booked day (as I mentioned they squeezed me in same day).He was nice and explained things thoroughly. He was able to do the work that needed done on the spot. We are happy with their services and would recommend. Wish we had dine our research in the first place and started here. read more

I asked Lone Star Pro for air duct cleaning and tile cleaning. My appointment was postponed, as the technician wanted to take personal leave. My rescheduled appointment, nobody showed up, I called, they said they went to another customer because we have a similar name. I was rescheduled to the next day. My second rescheduled appointment, I called to verify if they are coming, and to verify the arrival window, I was told the crew was wrapping up the current assignment and will be heading to my place. 2.5hr after the phone call, nobody showed up. I decided to cancel my booking. If you are very flexible in scheduling, you may try Lone Star Pro. If you care about getting things done on time on schedule, Lone Star Pro is not good for you. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Lone Star Pro!!! My dryer vent is located 36-ft above ground and in a enclosed courtyard. Basically a nightmare to get access to. We are so grateful for Lone Star Pro Services! We relocated to Tomball and had no idea who to use to get our carpets cleaned. George is actually a neighbor of ours who we hadn't met yet and we got his contact info from another neighbor and I was able to schedule my service easily and for only 2 days later. The carpets are original to our 10 year old house and I have to say I'm crazy impressed with the job done! They look so good! We had some very tough stains that were next to impossible to get out and although they are not 100% gone they are a million times lighter than they were! Couldn't be happier! Scheduling was easy, and Tim and Pedro showed up promptly at the expected time. We have a lot of tile in our house, and it took them full day to clean it all. It was astonishing to look at an area that was halfway cleaned, and see a definite line and clear difference between the cleaned and not cleaned sections. I didn't think it could be cleaned because of the length of time it had soaked. I called them and gave them the details. They said they thought they'd be able to get it clean. I wasn't sure but gave them a shot and was pleasantly surprised that they got the tile and grout looking great. Here some pictures during the work. Great. read more

OUTSTANDING work!!! A fellow named George came out to our newly-purchased house (which was in dire need of deep cleaning throughout). George knew exactly what to do, he got right to work, and cleaned & sanitized our HVAC ducts, pressure washed all the registers, brushed out the dryer vent, then scrubbed the nasty stains & gunk out of the grout on the tile floor throughout the entire house. All of that was done in a single day! We are so impressed with George's strong work ethic and excellent results that we specifically requested him to return to do nicotine/smoke remediation in the garage where the previous homeowner smoked a lot. My wife and I both highly recommend this company and George. read more

I want to take the time out to thank George for the services provided yesterday. George is a gem. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the work as well as explained everything being done. George did something that was very honorable. I had a few other companies come by to say that I needed all my vents cleaned. George told me the truth. He said that I didn't and lowered my cost for cleaning. He showed me which vents were dirty and which vents weren't. I appreciate the honesty from this man and he has a customer for life. Price was approx $165 for a thorough cleaning of dryer vent. Definitely recommend. read more

I signed up for hvac cleaning services via Living Social, and had an appointment with Tim last week Monday Jan 29th. The overall cleaning lasted around 2 hrs, and went well. I went to the store to purchase new air filters, and upon removing the panels to install them later that day, I noticed areas on both my main ducts, and around the coils that were still dirty and not fully cleaned. I sent Tim some photos, and he agreed to return later that week to double check everything. He was professional and on time for the second appointment Friday March 4th. When I pointed out some things that he missed, he admitted to that it had been missed and proceeded to clean those areas and also repeat other steps from the first visit. This time, he also cut into the main duct in order to get hard to reach places. The extra cleaning processes caused more debris to to get caught on the new filters that I had recently purchased, thus making them very dirty. So he purchased new filters at a local store and installed them before his departure. Thanks for the service, as Tim made sure the customer was fully satisfied. read more
