Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said "We didn't fix it you don't pay" Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line. Better than expected…read more... I had great expectations when I scheduled an appointment with Karina. I must say they exceeded our expectations. We have used cleaning services before and this one by far is a gem. I wanted to write this review to sing her praises and at the same time, didnt want to share what we found. . Staci - short for Anastacio came and provided me a quote. They were able to do it the same day. Had a crew of 3 that came and then returned the following day to install the UV lights. I also received an itemized receipt. They cleaned and washed the air ducts from both sides - attic and vents. They also provided after pictures. Covered the furniture and cleaned up.
