In all honesty, I was expecting some crappy service like the other ones before them, but to my surprise, these guys really changed my perception of "carpet cleaners". These guys may look rough, but they are very professional, considerate and hard working. The job was done to perfection, well at least to my standards. After nine years in my home, my tile and grout were filthy. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Classic American Steam. They cleaned and sealed my floors in a few hours. The next day I saw a few areas they missed. I called and Doug came out immediately to finish the job. it has been a couple months and they still look new! Our dog had removed her bandages from a recent surgery and got blood in our carpet. (Don't worry, she turned out ok !) We called Doug on a referral from a friend. He was prompt, reasonably priced, and was able to remove all of the stains. We will use him again for our carpet and floor cleaning needs.
