I was impressed with the carpet cleaning! Josh N. did an amazing job cleaning our Berber carpet and stairs. So many stains came out that I honestly didn't think would! Everything looks fresh, clean, and smells absolutely amazing. Josh was also super nice, courteous, and professional. He was prompt, right on time, and took great care while working in our home. I couldn't be happier with the results and would definitely recommend Josh and this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned! read more

So grateful for Quick Nick! My husband and I had a bad experience with buying couches off of FB Marketplace. They were brand new and beautiful, but the person we hired to help us move them ended up transporting them on top of greasy and dirty tools. Now my brand new, beautiful, WHITE couches were covered in dark smudges and stains. My husband began panic searching upholstery cleaning companies and came across Quick Nick because of their great reviews. They answered his call and got us scheduled immediately. John came to the rescue! He called 15 minutes before he was set to arrive to let us know he was on the way and he even respected my "no knocking working from home" sign. He was so friendly, professional, and truly quick! I expected the service to take a lot longer than it did. He did an incredible job and my couches are right back to looking brand new! If I ever needed this service again, I wouldn't hesitate to call. I anticipate using them for carpet & tile cleaning in the future. read more

I requested a quote this morning and within minutes the owner Nick gave me a call and explained everything, it wasn't like a gimmicky sales call - he shared the process and how it works and then was able to luckily get us on the schedule same day due to a reschedule that happened. Josh came out and was very professional and put lots of time and care into the specific needs we had for our upholstery cleaning concerns. The total time was around 2 hours and we are thrilled to be able to enjoy our very loved couch like it is brand new again! My sofa smells so clean and fresh and looks brand new! Thanks Nick & Josh! We will be repeat customers for sure! read more

Quick Nick's Cleaning absolutely blew us away. Their technician, John, did an incredible job deep-cleaning our carpets--he completely removed stubborn pet odors and stains that other companies couldn't touch. He also restored the tile and grout in our master shower to look brand new. The results were way beyond expectations. Their steam generator system, built right into their vehicle, cleaned better than any carpet or tile service we've ever used. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. The technicians are full-time employees (not random subcontractors), extremely professional, and take time to clearly explain pricing and exactly what's included--no surprises. Even better, the owner Nick actually answers the phone himself and is always available for questions. That kind of personal service is rare these days. If you live in The Woodlands and want your home to look and smell amazing, go with Quick Nick's Cleaning. Five stars all the way read more

I don't say this lightly, but if anyone on this app deserves 5 stars, it's Quick Nick. I bought a house but wanted the tiles to be cleaned out from the previous owners, and so I hired them to come in and steam and clean all the tiles. I got multiple quotes and they comparable, but just talking to Nick on the phone gave me the peace of mind that I needed. After spending thousands of dollars after moving, I definitely didn't want to spend so much more on something that I wasn't totally sure of. I sent Nick pictures of the tiles and he gave me a quote right then, and the person who came out and did the job (I can't remember his name- sorry!) Walked me through the process and spent time working on it. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get all the stains out since there were rust stains as well, but they did their hardest to make sure they could get as much as they could out. Nick seems like an honest guy, is a fantastic sales person to be honest, but you can tell he really has a passion for what he does and I can tell he takes pride in his business. I plan on using them again for my carpet needs. I think if more businesses were like Quick Nick, the world will be a better place. read more

Josh did a great job at my mom's house and the rug we were most worried about turned out great. Thanks!!

Very good value! Amazing service and easy and efficient communication. I called Quick Nick after a terrible experience and explained what had happened with the other company (the other company just poured hot water on my floor), Nick explained the entire process. Not only were they A LOT cheaper, they were actually so friendly. The tech arrived on time, was very professional and courteous and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use them again! read more

Tyler you are the best!! Thanks to Quick Nick and Team for an amazing service. Tyler was outstanding and very professional. I called 2-3 different carpet care business and the other guys came to my house measured each inch of my upstairs. Quoted me over $700, they said they won't be able to get rid of the pee pee. I needed 3 small bedrooms, game room and the stairs cleaned and remove the pee pee stains. I called Quick Nike and he explained the process in detail. He also gave me an amazing deal. Tyler cleaned the upstairs in 3 hours in detailed and of course he explained everything before starting. Thank you guys. read more

We have a small dog who has recently had some accidents in my sons room so I wanted to get it professionally cleaned to ensure she wouldn't continue to smell it and go back. I went ahead and had them do our master bedroom and living room rug as well. After the first visit I was still able to smell the pee in the room with the accidents and I felt our rug wasn't as clean as it could have been. I spoke with the owner and he quickly responded and said he would have someone come back out in a few days. It was a different guy who came the second time and he was extremely helpful and really seemed like he took extra care making sure it was thoroughly done. I understand everyone isn't always perfect but what counts is when it's made right so I appreciated that. Everything looks and smells great now and I will continue to use their service should I need it in the future. read more

Wow! To say the least, I am so happy with the job James did! I was very worried that this might be a wasted cause due to the condition of the carpet. 8 years of (4)dogs/(4)kids spills, pet stains, all sorts of stuff, GONE! I would definitely recommend this company, Nick was responsive and nice during our initial call and his employee James was extremely nice, informative, and did a fantastic job! I wouldn't recommend. Disorganized communication. The person who showed up wasn't briefed on what needed to be cleaned and the end result was mediocre at best. read more

Nick, owner of Quick Nick's was very friendly and professional every time we corresponded whether by phone, text or email. He was very patient with scheduling and rescheduling my services due to my last minute changes due to work travel. The technician, Michael, was the most pleasant and professional of young men. He made suggestions and offered other services but at no time did he try to "hard sell" me or make me feel uncomfortable for declining at the time. Michael took his time and made sure that I was satisfied and pleased with the outcome of the the area of work before moving on to the next. I could not have been happier with the outcome an will definitely use their services again and will highly recommend them to friends and family. read more

I recommend their services. I had my carpet cleaned. The Owner Nick was honest from the beginning, he was very detailed in explaining their services and prices and he was a able to get me scheduled with short notice. Jason, the technician explained things as he was shampooing the carpet, giving me the opportunity to decide if i wanted to add additional treatments. Jason didn't rush. Was looking for a carpet cleaning company to come out and clean our carpet. We had some pet stains that needed to get up being we have 3 dogs. Found Quick Nick on Yelp and called to inquire. Spoke w/Nick and he was very informative of the service they would provide and how it works. Decided to go with them for cleaning our carpet after checking w/a couple other companies. James came out to clean the carpets and did a great job! He was on time and explained again what he would be doing along with making sure we would be ok w/the smell of the enzyme cleaner. Very nice gentleman and once he was done wanted to ensure we were ok w/the service he provided. He explained it would take approximately 6-8 hours for the carpet to dry. It did take longer as he had to really clean the one rooms carpet from stains. So nice to have a fresh smelling room again. Will definitely use Quick Nick again in the future for our cleaning needs and would highly recommend them. read more

Good Job and very professional. He is a great communicator and the job was done right!

I had made my appt about a month in advance - then I was told a day or so before they came that there was an issue with the appt time and my appt would have to be pushed back. I felt that my services were not $$ enough to be priority, although the appt like I said well made well in advance for there not to be an issue. I'm carpet or tile cleaning was pushed in my slot to capitalize on the revenue. Anyway, I was told it should not be long for them to get to me - So I'm thinking since my appt was at 9am and I was told shortly I felt by noon someone should have been here. No. The service rep did not come until 2pm! I could not rate this as bad service because James was polite, professional and did a good job. But if my appt would have stood for 9 AM my sofa would have been dry by the evening - instead of cold and wet until, this AM read more
