Called on Sir Grout for resurfacing, polishing and sealing. The company offered free estimates with a consultation that took approximately 30 minutes. Scheduling the work took a little longer than expected but I assumed they are busy. The technician that completed the job was very meticulous in preparation to ensure that no cabinets or appliances were damaged. I was impressed with the final product and would recommend their service but the cost may give you pause. read more

Sir Grout Houston took care of cleaning and repairing grout in my Shower. Nico and Angel met all my expectations for reliable and professional repair and future maintenance issues. Jason is very personable and explained what needed to be done when he came to my house to give me the quote for the job. I decided not to get any other quotes and I am very happy with the work they provided. I recommend them and would use their services again. read more

Jose recently regrouted and sealed our custom shower area, including the curved glass block wall. He did an amazing job. It looks better than it did originally. The biggest surprise is that he cleaned up all the fine dust afterwards. The job was superior and we would not hesitate to recommend Jose with Sir Grout to anyone that needs any regrouting and sealing application. We wish he had done this when we first redid the shower. Could not be more pleased. read more

We are very pleased with the results of our project by Sir Grout. The tile in our kitchen, foyer, hallways, laundry room and powder room look new again. The work crew was on time, professional and pleasant and left no mess. The cost for a very large area was very reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

We used Sir Grout recently to clean the lime calcium buildup on our granite countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms. We tried to clean it ourselves without much success. We also had an issue on one of our bath countertop when we used Lime Out that ended up damaging the granite even more. Sir Grout was able to clean all the countertops and they repaired the one we damaged by polishing the granite! It looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the results! We highly recommend Jorge and Courtney at Sir Grout! read more

Excellent results, prompt communication and reasonable pricing. Nico did a wonderful job making our shower look new again.

Sir Grout came out and did an excellent job for us, very happy with the work. They removed some dirty grout and redid along with a steam clean of the entire shower. read more

Reliable, honest and great value are but a few words to describe Sir Grout Houston. The owner, Jorge, was exceptionally detailed when describing the grout sealant and further detailed maintenance duties to keep my floors looking fabulous for years. No up sale gimmicks, which is a plus for those of us who recently moved into our homes and want to ensure the cleanliness and luster of the floors last through normal foot traffic. The price was reasonable and the customer service throughout was superb! Thanks again Jorge and Courtney! read more

Nico called when on his way. Got right to work and did a fantastic job. This is the third time we've used Sir Grout and will continue to use them in the future. They do a great job. Highly recommend! read more

Our floor was installed over 25 years ago. Sir Grout made them look new again and I am very pleased with the outcome. Although this was a smaller project than the company Sir grout normally does, we are very grateful to you Mr Sanchez and your staff for your kindness and willingness to help us senior citizens. Keep up the good work. read more

I have expensive Floor stones and pool coping that I wanted to preserve and give it a Beautiful look. I found this company on Google search and the reviews of this company were excellent. So I called them and I had their experts coming to my home who gave very sophisticated stone information and high knowledge about treating stone that truly impressed me and I decided to hire them. However the job was miserable and the people who came to do the job were We are below average and lacks any kind of professionalism. This was my letter to the manager/sales person after the job is done. Mark I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied with the job that your guys did. The guys cleaned the slate with the hose and told me that it's gonna take time for the water to dry out so he hand me the sealant he said I'm leaving and when the water dries out you just easily apply the sealant with a cloth and the job will be done. They left my furniture lying on the grass And he said that the other guy already left and he cant put the furniture back. He missed two travertine shelves in the back porch that we talked about and he was about to leave without even considering sealing those travertine shelves. I am sorry that I trusted you and trusted your company. read more

I used Sir Grout Houston to re-grout our primary shower. I was able to easily and quickly schedule an in-person quoting and then the service. I felt like the company was trustworthy and honest in their advice. I am very satisfied with results! read more

excellent work, extremely professional, excellent value. like new marble countertops that had lots of abuse and etchings!

My mother n law needed her countertops sealed. The initial consultation was with Mark; he came out, seemed great, gave us a quote. Mark told her to give him a call when she wanted to get on the schedule. She called him over and over again, left messages, he never called back. My husband called him, he never returned any of the calls. He even butt dialed my husband, he answered, kept saying hello..... the phone hung up, Mark never called back. My husband called him, it went to voicemail, he left a message, never heard back from him. My mother n law called the office to ask for him and to let them know that Mark would not return her calls. The staff said they'd have him call her.......never happened. My mother n law finally had to make the actual appt through the office by telling the staff that he won't return her call that she needs to make an appt through the office instead. On the actual appt day, (Monday) the time was set for 1pm. At 1:30 pm no one had shown up or called yet. She called the office and asked where the guys were. They said they'd have Mark call her because he was in charge of the guys. Mark of course NEVER called, he never does. Almost an hour later, she called back and said that Mark never called. They said they'd have Mark call her, she said no because he never calls back...,She said she wanted the owner to call her instead. The owner called her and she explained all that had happened. He told her that the worker had an emergency and couldn't make it but he promised her that the job would be completed tomorrow at 2:30 pm (Tuesday). Tuesday rolled around, while my mother n law was in the shower, they showed up at 12pm (2 1/2 hours early), they rang the door bell, she of course couldn't hear it. They called from an unknown number and didn't even leave a message. At 1:30 pm they called her and said that they showed up and she wasn't home. She said that she had never even left the house. She asked them why they came 2 1/2 hours early and why didn't they call her ahead of time to let her know. They said they did call, but it was the worker's phone and they didn't leave a message. She then asked them if they were coming back and the owner told her that they were already on another job (at this time they were on another job during her scheduled appt. the owner who PROMISED it would be done today (Tuesday) said no one could come until the next day. He said he PROMISED it would be done tomorrow (Wednesday). At that point she was fed up for having now WAISTED TWO days waiting for a company to show up that cannot keep a promise from the sales consultant, to the office staff, all the way up to the owner! My husband decided to take time off of work and do her countertops himself. They look wonderful! The simple lack of communication, lack of respect, lack of customer service! read more

Sir Grout did an exceptional job. The bathrooms look great. Very diligent workers who did their job efficiently. They were polite and were careful to not make a mess. Plan to call them back to do a second job. And, they are proud of their work! With good reason. read more

They are the perfect company from first contact to finish. Efficient, easy to work with and, most of all, their work was impeccable!!!

After posting several very negative reviews about the work that was done for me by Sir Grout, I was contacted by the new owners of Sir Grout who offered their apologies for the poor service and work that was done for me. I did not realize when I posted my most recent review that ownership of this franchise had changed hands. My negative experience was with the previous operators of Sir Grout, and I wish the new owners the very best. My star rating is really irrelevant, but it was required before I was allowed to submit my review. I have no experience with the new owners. read more

Great company! We needed our outdoor patio travertine cleaned and sealed. Called Sir Grout, they quoted a price significantly lower than others, set a date and Jose came out and did a great job!! Exceeded our expectations in every way... 1st class service, affordable pricing and professionalism throughout. It is without question that I would recommend Sir Grout Houston. We called Sir Grout to help us remove grout haze which covered much of the white tile floors in our new home. Kevin came out and worked tirelessly to remove the stubborn grout haze and also apply a grout sealant to keep our floors looking nicer, longer. Very nice and professional to work with. Courtney (owner) came out and quoted the job. The day of the work the 2 man crew was an hour late. No uniforms, no shoe bootees. Only one guy could speak any English and he would just shake his head. They were to do two bathrooms. They started in the master. I ask them about the dust from the grout grinding. He had a bag on the grinder and a small vac. I went back in about a half hour and there was white dust covering every thing in the bath, our bed room and living room. I talked to the one guy about sealing the doors with plastic. He when out to the truck and brought some in. But, the damaged was done. I call the office and Courtney's husband call be back. He started arguing with me about the dust. They never had this problem before. He has to see it. The furniture in the bedroom was covered with white dust, but he did believe the bedding had dust. So, he finally agreed to a $200 discount to have our home detailed in the effected rooms. It took them from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM to complete the jobs. Nice work, but now I have a mess. I would not recommend this company. Obviously a lack of training and a owner that is very rude. read more

Shout out to Xavier for coming out on Sunday and Tuesday to finish a grout project that was part of our summer repair list!

I called today - Thursday 6/14/18- to have someone come out on Monday and give me an estimate. The first available appointment that she had for an estimate was JULY 18. more than a month from now. If it takes more than a month to even come out to look and provide an estimate, I seriously doubt that my job could be scheduled within any reasonable time frame. I'll find someone else. read more

Excellent job! Scheduling was a breeze and the whole process was well explained during the estimate so I knew what to expect before the project was done in my master's bathroom and kitchen sink and counter. Technician came on time and did the job well. Cleaned up after. Fairly priced, too. Molds are gone, bath and floor tiles grouted nicely! Would be doing more projects with them. read more

Kevin did a great job. He worked from 8am until about 6p all by himself, never stopping. He cleaned our shower tile & grout and polished our marble entry floors. They both look better now than they did 25 years ago when we moved in. I will recommend Sir Grout to anyone and also use them again. Great job. Cindy B. read more

This company did a great job with several areas in our home. The shower grout in 3 bathrooms was an issue along with a small area of tile. The salesman was 100% attentive and honest. We really felt the most comfortable with their knowledge and recommendations but the price was a bit too much in comparison to other quotes. We let them know and they actually gave a 10% discount if we would make a decision that day. We accepted on the spot. We paid about a 12% premium to go w Sir Grout after the discount and couldn't be happier. They left additional material behind and trained us on the maintenance. Great company! read more

Great job. Technicians arrive on time. They kept us appraised of every step in the process.

Guess I'm LUCKY they couldn't -- repeat COULD NOT schedule an estimate! After asking if they did estimates after 5pm or weekends, the receptionist said ,"No. only 8-5." Perfect! I'll take your first 8am. She said they didn't have any. NONE! If that's the service they offer trying to get business..... cannot imagine how bad it would have been AFTER they had our money!! Suggest you run! Away!! Quickly!!! read more

Sir Grout did NOT deliver what they promised. The employee came one hour late (appointment was between 8 and ten and he came at 11:15). He spent one hour outside, washing his van making "as if" he was preparing. He did not do a good job.The floors look worse now and besides they did not take good care of preparation and scratched all molding which now need to be re-painted. They promised to come and fix and after a month I'm still waiting. I do NOT recommend this company! read more

We used Sir Grout of Houston today to change our grout color from a very light color to a tobacco brown. We had to fix the work of a poor contractor who let dirt mix with the grout and ended up with uneven grout color. Sir Grout made each appointment on time and our technicians Kevin and Mike were very efficient, good natured and thorough in the work they completed. I would definitely work with them again and recommend this company 100%. read more

We decided to recolor the grout after Ron the Sir Grout sales representative spent lots of time demonstrated us their unique grout color seal. On our scheduled day, Steve worked from 10 to 7:30! He clean, recolored our kitchen, breakfast room and restroom tile grout which looks great and new now. He also sanded and polished our marble entry floors, did a lot of taping, cleaning for preparing the job, and he even took out the threshold and the storage room door before starting the work. Steve is very detail-oriented and has excellent work ethic. Our marble floor looks like a mirror now, very shining and beautiful! We definitely will recommend Sir Grout to anyone who is looking for high quality work! read more

Far, far exceeded my expectations. WOW! What a difference!! Their "before" and "after" pictures in their ads are NOT "photo-shopped" I really did not believe they were THAT good... I sure was wrong! Now I have my own pictures to prove it. For a fraction of the cost of laying new tile, I got a completely new floor. Some friend have even asked, "when did you re-tile?" The nice, young couple (h&w team) that did the work came on time, and worked without supervision in our home. If you are looking to sell your house, and you have a limited budget for improvements (we sure did) this product/service is a "no-brainer" for value added to home vs cost. read more

We recently bought a home that was previously owned and wanted to freshen up the showers. We called Sir Grout out and Steve and his sidekick worked really hard , taking out some of the old caulk, scouring the tile , sealing it and recalling the showers . At first we had them come out in June and redo the grout in our bathroom and recaulk and clean the shower and tub. The first time was an ok job and I would not have given even 3 stars, as a spot in the shower was missed, the original manager who had quoted me was no longer with the company (so I had been emailing no one for a good week until I called), and it was a bit sloppy. Once we rescheduled, the new manager Tony was very helpful and a new guy (can't remember his name) came out and did a fantasic job! Come to find the original job was done with the wrong materials and our shower would have molded. He redid the entire thing and it looks great! They really made up for the initial bad service and we would definately recommend them. read more
