Fixed my shower tile that was in really bad shape. Replied quickly and was able to come out timely. Honest guy that gave a fair price.

He found us an amazing product at a great price and we felt totally at ease with him. He's super knowledgeable and you can tell he sincerely cares about his customers. No gimmicky sales tactics, no high pressure, which I appreciated compared to some of the other companies that came to give us quotes. The installers did an amazing job and our new floors look awesome. I'm sure these floors will last and be super durable for our rental. Do not hesitate to call Brian, he is amazing and will take great care of care of you (and save you money!)

He made the decision making process so easy and enjoyable, and the flexibility and turnaround time was unbelievable. Our project came through under budget and ahead of time, and the quality and professionalism is undeniable. We absolutely LOVE our new floors, and we can't wait to work with Flooring by Patterson again soon!

Granted the place from the outside is not very appealing but once inside you will see rows and rows of tile. We had a sample of a glass backsplash that we really liked and showed it to a gentleman by the name of Mohammad. He called his distributor to see if he could get it and he was able to get it and at a better cost. Mohammad personally came and measured and gave us a few pointers about the installation. The backsplash is beautiful and we will definitely deal with them again.

Post Hurricane Harvey, on 10/21/2017 my husband and I began the mission of looking, choosing, and…read morepurchasing flooring for entire home (As we ended up with 15+ inches of water throughout of home during the storm and had about 1900sqft to cover). Tile Co. had the better deal one of the products and offered delivery for the items we wanted. The first salesman we worked with was initially pleasant and knowledgeable; but he decided it was a good idea to sale us tile that was not in inventory and not advise us. My husband paid in full for the flooring that Saturday evening and was told to come back the next day with my father in laws truck. We purchased a less expensive tile for the kitchen, bath/laundry, dining, and bedrooms; and a more expensive tile for the living room. My husband showed up and more than a fourth of the order was not available. We not only purchased the tile, but we purchased the entire flooring system (grout and cement). After not wanting to take responsibility for the initial greedy and grimy actions and mistake they promised to have the rest of the supplies by Monday. My husband returned home with majority of the less expensive tile and only 12 boxed (we ordered 29) of the more expensive tile. Monday came; only about half of the supplies that we were pending were delivered. Tuesday through Thursday my husband spent many hours on the phone and at the store with no resolution. Friday, what we thought to be the last of the tile was delivered. Exactly a week from the purchase date, Saturday (10/28/17) my contractor started my living room floor. He was able to lay the 12 boxes we carried home in my father in laws truck with no problem, but was unable to lay any of the other tile for that room because all boxes other than the first 12 were a quarter inch bigger. At this point the Store Manager is frustrated and raising his voice every chance he gets. During this time the manager on several occasions talked disrespectfully to my husband, raised his voice, ignored my husband's calls, and still failed to resolve the issue. My husband warned me and told me not to call or go to the store and allow him to continue to handle it. The manager made the issue ten times worse than it had to be because he was so irritable, short tempered, and nonchalant to his customers' needs. He even went as far as raising his voice at me while swinging his hands and fingers all over the place! He basically showed me that in THAT store the customer is not right even when the sales rep creates the issue. I would never recommend this store to my worst enemy. Go to Floor and Décor! They have the same tile with a lot less stress. When I visited there they were very honest from the beginning advising I would have to go to a few stores to complete my order had I went with them. Because my husband is such a settle minded firm man that cannot be broken....... Resolution: We were able to choose a different tile and refunded a portion of our initial payment to put towards our contractor because his fees would apply for removing and replacing tile. Though I can't rate this corporation highly, I must acknowledge the good as well as the not so good. There was a gentleman who DID help resolve the issue and overrode the managers' directives. (Not sure of his name but he was a slimmer and tall guy.)The tile at this location is very nice, nicely prices, and has quality products; but they must learn how to treat customers. Maybe an office wide Customer Service Etiquette Course once a quarter would help!

To complete this rate I have to mentioned that after the person that came to measure my floors came by it took the store for us to call them (next day afternoon) after at our initial meeting I was told we would get a quote the same day or next day. Since the store manager was not at work the following days his associates were suppose to help and boy was I wrong. They waited for us to call them and ask for updates on our finalized quote, and for us to schedule our install. The guy helping us over the phone ended up telling my husband that he wasn't sure if he had messed up our order so he did not want to give us an incorrect quote and that we had to wait for the next day once the store manager was back at the store. How ridiculous is that for a store not to function properly if the store manager had the day off? Next part of this rating is when I picked up my materials at a different location (I'll be leaving the rating at that store as well) I chose to pick up my material because it was cheaper once I finally got my quote for install. Lady seemed like she wanted to do the bare minimum and seemed to drag to get my supplies. I was there for almost an hour and half just to pick up supplies from them. How ridiculous is that? Lastly but not the least was installation day. Workers arrived, started working on my floors right away. My complain with them is mainly the main man in charge of them. Once we discussed how the floors would be placed and I showed him the materials I had they got to work pretty quickly. He went into his truck and laid down while the other workers worked away. I have two small children so I stayed in a room while they worked on my common areas for the installations. Once I was able to move freely around the house I noticed he was putting some of the pieces of the left over floors into his truck. I mentioned to him right then that whatever was left over I still wanted I mean I did pay for it anyways. He's response was that they were useless pieces but if I wanted them he would leave them. Since that made me curious to what else might of been going on without me focusing on them. Once they were done he gave me a time frame of when u could remove the weight barriers that were packed on top of the transfer of where my new floors meet with my other floors (tile, carpet) after we were told it was okay to take off I noticed one of my transfers had been placed incorrectly and glue was coming out. I took pictures and contacted the store right away. A lady that is in charged of the workers for the installation called me to inform me of what time the next day they would be back to redo that area. Unfortunately I was. It able to be accommodated for the same day service and now I'm waiting for them to return and fix the problem. I encourage everyone that purchases their materials form this store to hire professionals from another establishment or by recommendations. When I walk in my floors I can honest tell in areas that needed more leveling and over all I'm very disappointed in all departments they have to help their costumers.
