He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. They couldn't do anything about mildew, so I cleaned the grout on the floor before they sealed it. Worst part, is it seems like they're trying to do a good job, but not able to achieve it.
