These folks are absolute crooks. It's fine to just buy the materials from them, but please keep in mind that there's at least a 15-20% mark up for individual homeowners. But whatever the case it, please do not have them install. Their team has zero respect for your house, and cuts every corner they can. Even if it looks fine on the surface, you can be sure that they skimmed on material and labor for everything else. During their nightmare of an installation process, their installer has caused over $500 dollar worth of damage throughout the house. When asked - and despite providing photo evidences - they've insisted that it must have all been caused by someone else. Of course. I ended up having to repair and replace out of pocket. Later on, I had to pull up a corner of the carpet they installed, and - not only did they use staples (exposed and dangerous to step on) to tuck in the carpet - they apparently thought it okay to use old cardboard to level the floors. When I reached back out to them, they grew increasingly hostile and blamed everyone from the moon and back but themselves. Overall a horrific experience. If you must use EZFloor, please at least avoid this particular branch. read more

Hiring these people to replace my carpets was one of the worst experiences and biggest regrets I have ever had. I had to deal with Alen, who would always treat me in a condescending manner. The day he went to my house to measure the floor he asked many times where my husband was. At some point I felt like asking why was he interested in that information but then I just let it go. A few days after the contract was signed, I got a call from an individual who identified himself as the manager. He asked me many very unsettling questions that I reluctantly answered, including whether my husband was present when I signed the contract. At that point I asked why he wanted to know that and he just evaded my question. Maurice and his team (of three) were sent to my house to do the installation. They did not respect me or my house and any effort to communicate with them was futile. On one occasion, Maurice told me to stop talking, because he was getting confused. On another occasion, I asked them to not throw their used coffee cups on my front yard. I immediately regretted. They got extremely upset and Maurice confronted me about that, at which point I had to remind him that that was my house and not their office canteen. They spent the whole day on their phones. I hardly saw them do much. One of the installers, a Hispanic guy, however, was the only one really working and the only one who seemed to have some respect for me and my house. They talked loudly, laughed and behaved in whichever manner they wanted, while I had to sit and watch. My husband was travelling and I was keeping him informed of everything. At some point, we decided to contact one of his friends and ask him to stop by and see if their behavior would improve. And as it happened, while there was a male presence at the house, their behavior was different. The final product was a refection of their work ethics: piss-poor. We had just had all of our interior walls repainted prior to the flooring installation (something of which the crew was made aware) and we asked them to be careful. At the end, we had to bite another $340 of repainting of the walls due to condition that they left the place. There were chipped and cracked Saltillo tiles (that we have in part of the house) in three different places. And in spite of the fact that they used around 20 bags of cement (we had to pay for that) to level the floors, in one of the rooms it bounces up and down. In most rooms, there is glue coming out from between some of the wood planks, as well as glue smudges on the plank's surface. They also left the bathroom in a poor condition (we regretted not renting a portable toilet), left their leftover snacks all over the house and their personal trash in my front yard. Worst week of my life. I would never do business with them again and would definitely not recommend them. read more

Provided an estimate within minutes, prices are great. We ended up preferring the look of another floor but the service here was excellent and I would refer any friends or family to Chief. read more

Ez floor this location was the last place I visited and with the help of sale person Christ Terawi, everything went well and I was be able to seal the deal in 2 days. Ask for Chris Terawi sale person and installer Tony Nevresudin, they are the best, very easy to work with, always compromised, price are best than other stores I visited. After they done installed my floor I can confirm they are technically professional and experienced, everything that they suggest I do, the quantity of wood, the way to install was right. I think placed my order for two different flooring systems for two different rooms on 3/8 - paid in full. The first floor was supposed to be available the week of 3/15 - the other is on back order. On 3/17 - I called they gave me a reference number for my first order and I sent my guy over to pick it up - they told my guy when he arrived it's wasn't there. Called EZ floor to see what was up - they confirmed the product had not arrived. I have been calling ever since 3/17 and have yet to get an update on my order - at least you would think these guys would have the decency and courtesy to call me regularly with an update VS me having to call them every day as if I have nothing better to do. Still have no idea when I can expect my order. Time to start over - SMH read more

Been a frustrating experience especially when trying to get new tile in for the bathrooms. Had people do "complete" the bathroom tiles, but there were plenty of things that were not done properly and notice some of our extra tile and floor taken. We told EZ floor, but nothing was done. It has been almost a month and they have yet to come back to fix anything. When I ask about deadlines or when other options to our contact person at EZ either ignores my calls/text and seem to be annoyed when I do speak with him. I must of gotten a new or inexperienced install crew, cause most of them look straight outta home depot parking lot. Overall my tile floor look ok, but upon looking closely around, you'll see where they messed up and they were only willing to fix some of their fock ups. This is a classic "you get what you paid for" case, yes I confess I went with them cause they're the cheapest, but even after I spend extra $ to fix their f-up the total is still less than the next quote I got. Yeah they also made a "dust town" outta inside my house and furniture, they got nothing to cover up your stuff, only willing to move them to your garage, so heads up there. read more

We just had EZ floors install our beautiful new floors. We had a WONDERFUL experience from start to finish. Our sales contact in store, Allen, was great to work with and helped with our flooring choices. He also came to the house during installation and checked in with us throughout. He returned phone calls, texts and was easy to work with. Sam and his guys that came out to install the floor were so, so nice and very professional! They worked so hard and checked with me on details. Sam helped with the design of our entry. We put in a tile and wood inlay that is absolutely gorgeous. It exceeded out expectations, thanks to Sam and his crew! We had the same group come out every day, they were here early and worked hard. Along with the entry, we also installed engineered wood in most of the downstairs and updated our fireplace with stacked stone. The prices were competitive and they worked with us on pricing. There were no surprise charges at the end. Be sure to ask for Alan and Sam. We had talked with other flooring stores but when Sam came to look at the house and discuss the entry design, I knew I wanted to work with him. Shady shady shady business! Please don't be fooled by the promises and the low prices offered by the sales people. Our floors were installed so improperly that the actual owner of the company had to come out and see it for himself. Despite agreeing the floors were improperly installed, never once did he apologize for the inconvenience or the fact we had to put out of town family members in a hotel because our house wasn't completed as planned. It took threatening to call lawyers and the BBB in order to rectify this headache. EZ Floors replaced my carpet and put in granite counters in my kitchen. They used good quality materials at a good price. My contractor, Basim, was very responsive and easy to work with. He was able to get the work done very quickly, which was great because I was having it done to get the house ready for sale. It looked like a model home when they were finished! And it sold in less than a week. There were a couple of hang ups with his plumber, but Basim addressed them all quickly and fairly. Hopefully he has hired a new plumber, but regardless, he made sure that I was satisfied in the end. I would absolutely recommend EZ Floors for any interior remodeling work. read more

This is for the EZ Floors on Spring Cypress near Eldridge. I asked EZ Floors to come back and add wood floors to my hall way and living room adjacent to an office they had floored the year before, and the condition that they could blend the new floor into the same flooring they installed a year before. But in the middle of the job...after they had torn out the old floors...they said they could not blend them. It was obvious they hadn't planned because the two floors were not set up at the same height...when thy could have been blended had the planned ahead. Now I have 1/2" speed bump between the office hall way and kitchen that looks awful and causes people to trip. They also left the upstairs covered in dust and never bothered to clean it up. Half ass job, the transitions were sloppy. Don't believe what they say they will do. read more

While this was initially done for health reasons, it turned into a pleasant remodeling project, thanks to EZ Floors. After shopping around I found EZ floors to be the most reasonable in price. Service in the store was easy as their name suggests however installation of the new contertops and backsplash left much to be desired. We had our master bath and kitchen remodeled, EZ Floors did the countertop in each and the backsplash in the kitchen. 1st issue, the granite in the bathroom was not the color we chose and the installer had to return and caulk the edges, they did not seal the countertop correctly and it now absorbs water instead of repelling it... The kitchen is a mess, counters were cut without a template and were wrong upon arrival, when one issue was "fixed" they missed 3/4" and now there is a large gap where our oven slides in. The seams on the bullnose are rough and there are chips in the countertop. The installers do not speak or understand english and are in a hurry to slap in the material and leave. The backsplash holds a similar story, install crew arrived at an unscheduled time, and did an incomplete installation. I write this review after several discussions and two home vivts by EZ floor personnel to complete the details and get the project done right, at this point it has been two weeks since we spoke and they have not returned my calls. Turns out the easiest part of this project was their willingness to take my money and make false promises. Buyer beware here, the store is great but their contractors are questionable at best. read more
