He marketed it as a 'lifetime, high-performance solution' for our busy, homeschooling household. We trusted this demonstration and made the purchase. The Reality: The flooring began scratching under normal residential use almost immediately. Additionally, the installation was unprofessional; they used 'goop' to fill gaps in poorly fitted quarter-round molding. While they eventually returned to redo the molding after multiple complaints, it still lacks a professional finish. The Runaround: * June 2025 - March 2026: We spent nine months calling and texting the store. We were met with nothing but empty verbal promises. * March 2026: We started a paper trail with Marisela Samano. Despite four follow-up emails and photos of the damage, no inspection was ever scheduled. Marisela simply kept saying it was 'forwarded to warranty.' * April 2026: We escalated to District Manager Jared Radosevich. Store Manager Thomas (Tom) Essick finally called and admitted the floor should NOT be scratching this early. The Breaking Point: Jared promised us a third-party inspector within two weeks. We followed up after that window passed and were told a date still hadn't even been set. It has now been three weeks of silence. Jared even admitted in our last call that the floor 'definitely' scratches if a key is used--directly contradicting the very sales demonstration used to get our money. After a year of deflection and being misled about the product's durability, we are filing a formal BBB complaint and seeking full restitution to have this floor redone correctly. Avoid this company if you value integrity and follow-through.

I'd contacted a couple of other companies to do the job, but was told that the waitlist was long and work wouldn't begin for months. I walked into floors & more on a whim, while shopping at the nearby Lowe's, and I'm really glad that I did. I have zero talent for interior design...ZERO. I had no idea how I wanted the new shower to look, just a bunch of ideas from Pinterest. Immediately Jacquie was asking to see my ideas, offering tile pairings, even allowed me to take a bunch of store samples home to think it over. Best of all, her guys could get started on my project in a week or two! After settling on which tile to use and the general layout, I paid 50% up-front and the job was scheduled. The guys spoke just enough English for us to communicate, but I wasn't always confident that they understood me. I'm not one to hover over people, inspecting their work, so I pretty much just trusted that what I wanted had been clearly explained to them, and that they knew what to do. For the most part, that was the case. There were only a couple of installation hiccups, which were handled quickly by Jacquie. I was also pleased that the guys in the demo crew also installed my tile, so the number of new people coming in and out of my house was minimal. The guys were very respectful and polite. Jacquie also was very accommodating when I didn't like the floor tile that arrived, and wanted to change it. From demo day to completion, my project took about two weeks; the only delays were due to shipping time for my special-order trim, and also by ME because I didn't really know what I wanted or what I was doing. It's been almost a year since my new shower was completed, and still, I am very happy with the work done by all floors & more. In the future, I plan to tear out the bathtub and put in a tiled shower in my guest bathroom and hire them again for both ordering the tile and the work. I feel like their rates are very reasonable and they were very easy to work with, and patient with me. I appreciate that so much. I'd definitely recommend all floors & more.

Jacquie has been nothing but incredible as was the installation team. So a few things stood out to me with this whole experience. First, I saw the pricing of our existing LVP (we wanted to match it in the bedrooms after removing the carpet) on the manufacturer website at a specific price but when I got quotes elsewhere, they all upcharged in varying amounts but not Jacquie! Second, the team who came to install the flooring was employed by this company, not a contracted out group which to me means they take pride in their work as it reflects directly on the company. They were on time, very professional, cleaned up any footprints along the way, and in one difficult spot they took the time to really figure out how to make it work correctly the first time. My husband actually used to lay flooring years ago and even he was impressed with the quality of the work! We are so happy to have consistent flooring now throughout the house and I can finally relax and have guests stay without worrying about carpet holding smells that I am nose-blind to! (I am pretty position I will not be purchasing anything from them now) If you are a store that sells only one product (i.e. flooring) please hire people with some knowledge in it. When I shop somewhere and ask an employee a question; I don't want to hear, "Maybe" or "I think that MIGHT work". If I'm going to spend our hard earned money, I must feel the employees know what they are talking about and not feeding BS. I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.
