My husband and I went to check out the carpet and laminate flooring options for our new house. We had no idea what type we wanted going in but Priscilla helped us out tremendously. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the types. She wasn't pushing and was understanding that we weren't ready to buy but we will be in a few months. The prices were great and we will definitely be back. read more

An amazing installation job by the Team at Spring Carpets! Love my new flooring. Highly recommend.

Annette did a great job with my carpet buying experience. She met and exceeded my expectations. Great install and looks fabulous!

We had Spring Carpets replace the carpets in my mom's house in Spring with vinyl. The floors look great and she and her husband are very pleased with them. Jimmy and Primo did a great job on the installation. They were professional, prompt, fast, kind, careful, and left everything clean when they left. And, Vidnay did a great job on tacking down the carpets on the transitions. Well done guys! And, Vena guided us well through the process and helped ensure we received a good fair price and quality work! read more

Quick, efficient and great communication during the entire process! I would highly recommend them and would return here if I need flooring in the future. read more

I previously posted a very negative review based on a misunderstanding between myself and the sales staff. I regret that review. I received an email with an apology from the owner of the business. I can not give them a five because the transaction was not completed. But, I will give them a four based on the courage it took to reach out with the apology and a sincere offer to renew a business relationship. read more

Received bids on two jobs. In both cases phone calls were never returned as promised and my wife and I were constantly calling to follow-up on promised information that was not forthcoming. When the carpet was finally installed the installers just showed up first thing in the morning after telling us they would call with a time window. The other job was never followed up by Spring carpet after several attempts to get a bid on the job...business must be good. read more

If you can't provide a price for your product per sqft without coming to my house to give me a quote, I want no business with you.

We had new hardwood flooring installed last May. One of the boxes was the wrong color of flooring, so we had to agree to use pieces that were rejected from other boxes to finish the job. I have been trying since then to get either a refund for the box that we couldn't use or at least a box of the right color. I returned the unusable box months ago. After many phone calls and messages on my part, I finally had someone agree to look into it but of course I never heard back. Any suggestions on where to take this next? Better Business Bureau? Small claims court? read more

Spring Carpets was recommended to me by my Insurance company after a water leak damaged my floors. They were quick to set up a consultation and the install went quite well. Floors look great in fact. It is the chain of events after the floor install was completed that lead to my two star rating. It took a week and a half to get someone to return my call and finally schedule painters to come finish the baseboards. This is after calling each and every business day for the duration. When the painting was completed the painter pointed out that the color did not match the existing trim pieces... My quest to get in contact with someone that could help me resumed. Three days later (daily calls and messages both to a managers cell phone and the store) and a painter finally came out to finish the job, an hour and a half late, at sunset, on a Friday night. As I told the manager, a little communication would have gone a long way. read more

I recently hired Spring Carpets to install new carpet and padding in two of my bedrooms and closets. They were very easy to work with and care about their customers. Communication with them was via e-mail or phone and they are wonderful about answering all of your questions. Scheduling installation was also very convenient and flexible. I highly recommend this company. read more

I am blown away by Spring Carpets. We went in the store one evening and looked at carpet. They have different options in the door including textures and padding. The showroom floor has various flooring options so it helped seeing some pieces on a larger scale. The installers were phenomenal! Loved their professionalism and efficiency. read more

We just had our floors redone and the entire process was exceptional. Lenny was our sales person and worked with us each step of the way. The floors we wanted had to be ordered from across the country and Lenny jumped right into it and got it done. The installers were excellent and professional. They even made recommendations as to the flooring install. I would not only use them for all my flooring needs, but would recommend them to anyone with fleeing needs. Thank you to Lenny and the staff for everything. read more

I agree they have the worst customer service of any company I've ever had to deal with. The transition pieces created trip hazards throughout the house and it looks bad. even tough we asked specifically about the transition before we signed the contract and were told it would be correct. They sent the install crew to look at it after we complained and we were told that we did not specify the right transition. We also pointed out that the planks are buckling. We were told Chris, a manager would call us, but we have left numerous messages for him to call us. Chris does not return calls. Stay away from this company, there are far better companies. read more

When updating our office we went to Spring Carpets several days before they had a sale event. The rep was so nice and helped us pick a carpet that was high traffic and durable. We weren't planning to buy until the sale event but he came out to our office that afternoon to measure the area, which was very prompt. We went back during the sale that Thursday, paid for our carpet and it was installed in under 24 hours. We have been so happy with the customer service we are planning to use them for our homes as well! Plus the floors look amazing! read more

I truly cannot believe this place is still in business. Our "defective" flooring has yet to be replaced, three years later. The owners, staff, and installers are rude, and downright abusive to customers when a problem arises. To add insult to injury, items were stolen from our home when the install was taking place, but I guess shame on me for leaving to pick-up a child from school. Buyer beware! read more

Doing business with spring Carpet was a nightmare from the beginning to end. Contractors did not show up as scheduled, finally I had to find another contractor which pushed my job back a month. Second issue was oversell of tile and carpet (10 boxes of tile, many many yards of carpet and a full roll of padding), the company would not allow me to return because they stated it was a "special order". Many phone calls were not not returned. Not even the owner, David Schillings, was interested in assisting with the numerous issues that arose. I suggest not to use this company when you have floor needs. Mary Ann V. read more

Worst customer service ever. Price the job by neighborhood and or the price of your home. They won't provide the square footage so that you can shop around nor will they give you a materials only price. They add in warranties blindly into their pricing. They would only give me the square footage if I signed a contract. Will never recommend or shop them again. read more

I meant to write this review some time ago, and because I am checking into flooring for a new home, Chris and Spring Carpets came immediately to mind. So, I am happy to post my very positive review today. Chris and his crew have done two jobs for me and I cannot say enough about how good the experience of working with them has been --installers and sales. On one job Chris found a match for my original wood floor that was downstairs (that had been laid 11 years ago), so I could have the same flooring upstairs. The floors they have installed for me on both jobs are beautiful. When we had trouble with a dishwasher and some flooring that was adjacent to it, we called him, and he came with his crowbar and fixed the problem quickly even though the floor installed by his company had nothing to do with the problem. Last, based on my dealings with them, I would like to say that Chris, the other members of the sales team, and the Spring Carpet's crew members are honest and dependable. read more

I would not recommend this company. They installed carpet for us that they had said was top of the line. Within 6 months the carpet looked awful with tracking and discoloration. We called them and they came out and took pictures agreeing it looked terrible. We never heard from them again even after numerous phone calls and attempts. We have found much better flooring companies in the area. read more

Bought carpet through Costco. We had some issues getting the samples, but the team worked very closely with me to work through all our hiccups. Ended up the carpet color I selected was discontinued, they found another similar carpet that matched the color I had selected. The carpet was more expensive but they waived the difference and provided me the upgraded carpet at my original quoted price. The team, in particularly Kimberly Parks reallly worked hard get the carpet installed. Thanks read more

A few months ago I contracted with Spring Carpet to install flooring throughout my house. They came at the expected time, ripped out all of my old floor coverings, and "floated" the floors. While they were doing that, they noticed that my concrete was extremely wet so they turned on the ac and fans and called me to tell me that they would have to wait for the floors to dry. (We had had flooding in the area the week before, so the fact that my concrete was wet didn't seem unusual.) Later that day I received a call from my salesman, Lenny, telling me that it was not going to be possible to put down the flooring that I had chosen because my concrete was holding too much water. When I went in to select new flooring, one that was much more expensive, the president, Harry Schillings, helped me because Lenny, had already explained the problem to him. Harry and Lenny said that it certainly wasn't my fault that I couldn't put down the less expensive flooring. They also explained that they were worried that I would always have problems with the flooring, if I put that kind down. Harry called several people to check on what had been done, and then he called the flooring manufacturer asking for a grievance. I ended up paying just a little more for MUCH better floor. I was impressed that Lenny took the time to tell the Harry the problem, and that they worked together to help me. Once the new flooring was received by Spring Carpets, they came out the next day, Saturday, and completed the installation. It isn't often that the president of a company cares enough to take out of his very busy schedule to help a customer. My deepest thanks to Harry, Lenny, and the rest of the staff at Spring Carpets, who were instrumental in my obtaining this beautiful flooring! read more

I was very happy with our service and product from Spring Carpet. Vena was very helpful with finding us the right carpet in our budget and the instillation went great. I would highly recommend them!!! read more

I want to complement Spring Carpets for a great job. Vena Carlisle was our Salesperson, and she did an excellent job of uncovering our needs & providing the best recommendations. We had an insurance claim and she was very professional in providing quotes, comparisons, and value. Jose' was the crew chief, and the installation was done on time, as promised. He & his crew did a beautiful job of installation. read more

I needed to remove and replace the 10 year old ratty carpeting in my master bedroom and guest room. Because my sister in law was so happy with her wood floors purchased and installed by Spring Carpet, she encouraged me to give them a call. So glad I followed her advice. I met sales rep Lenny when I walked into the store on I-45 with a photo of the discontinued wood floors installed on my stairs and library. Lenny helped me choose samples that would blend with the style of my old floors. After staring at the samples for a few days, I told Lenny that the samples needed a little more yellow/gold color in them. Somehow, he knew exactly what I meant (before even looking at my house!) and he tracked down a sample that was "in between" the 2 colors. Guess what? It was perfect. This floor sample blended with all of my old flooring. Lenny truly knows what he is doing! The flooring was ordered and scheduled for installment in less than 2 weeks of my decision. The installers were quick, courteous and meticulous. Two rooms of wood flooring were installed in 3 days. The rooms look beautiful - so updated and fresh. I could not be happier. Thank you, Lenny, and the whole staff at Spring Carpets. read more
