I was in there during a weekday when it was quiet and they could help me evaluate the pros and cons of different choices. Amazing from start to end! Our two cats spent the last 5 years destroying the carpet on our stairs. I finally admitted defeat and needed quotes to replace the carpet with wood laminate. Only 2 of the 4 people I called were willing to come to my house. Of those 2, Chic Floors (referred to me by Gabby W who I also see here in the Yelp reviews) was able to find a wood laminate that was nearly identical to what we had already in our dining room across from the stairs PLUS their quote was at least 33% less than the other quotes. Karim showed up for the quote and called me to arrange the installation date exactly as he said he would. The crew arrived exactly when Karim said they would. They answered the two questions I had while they were working. The stairs look amazing. And I was charged 50% of the quoted price before they did the work and 50% when it was done. No surprises. We bought floor tile from one of Chic Floors sales reps. But was given a different tile than was selected. (Bait and switch?) And was told we could simply return it and get a full refund. After about 4 weeks of not getting a refund. They finally refunded only 75% of our cost. Stating the tile manufacturer at 25% restocking fee. All in all these people are unethical have poor customer service skills and poor communication skills. I don't recommend anybody buy from this store read more

I would advise everyone to stay away. I seen good Pictures on Facebook for chic floors so I bought but after my home was torn apart I was informed of all the extra charges. After contacting my neighbor I realized I wasn't alone. My home in glen loch farms was completely devestated and if it wasn't for the reputable company down the street I would of been out a lot of money. I was scammed by ihad and I would not recommend. The folks at Chic Floors were recommended by a few of our neighbors. We shopped around for a flooring company and came back to these guys because their price was reasonable. The staff were super helpful in finding the right type and style of flooring for us. The installers did a great job in less time than we had expected. On top of that, they took care of putting on the felt pads we purchased on all of our furniture, so it wouldn't scratch the new laminate once they set in place. As part of our renovation project, we decided to install engineered wood floors. Neither of us had much knowledge about the many products available and set out to learn. We wanted a local vendor and stopped at Chic Floors on Louetta. They were one of 3 local vendors we worked with extensively to get the best price, product and installation possible. Hands down, Karim with Chic Floors went above and beyond to assure us every step of the way that he would stand behind his product. Not to mention pricing. They were much more competitive than the two remaining vendors, both of which are family owned companies with tenure in the Spring area. I think it's important to mention that Karim was even willing to answer our questions when he thought we would select another of the two other vendors. He always answered our calls! This convinced us that Chic Floors was our best choice. Install went as expected and our floors look fantastic. We had one minor concern that was remedied immediately upon inspection. Ehab and Karim were professional, courteous and respectful of our time. Customer service is an obvious priority for this company. I hired Chic Floors for kitchen granite countertops and backsplash installation and in the process sustained significant plumbing damage; to include a broken off (not cut) main drain pipe at the base of the wall and a broken off knob shut off valve. When I contacted Ihab, he became very defensive, stating "I told you they were not plumbers, if they broke it, they had to in order to do the work". Ihab refused to come on site to inspect the work, he initially told me NOT to forward him photos of the damages because he believed me, but then refused to pay the plumber that was currently in my home to hook up my sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Ihab stated my plumber must be an idiot and that he could have someone perform the repairs for $10 sometime after 7pm that night. I informed him I was not available that late night. Ihab, then made racist remarks stating he should have known I would pull a stunt like this and then hung up on me. Ihab, later left a voice message threatening to file a lien on my home, stating his contract stated he could. read more
