The electricians were super sweet and always punctual and efficient with their time. The painters were so nice and friendly and incredibly hard workers. They showed up early and literally worked non stop all day each day that they came. Pablo, the head carpenter and all of his guys were so talented and really worked hard to produce their best work! I'll admit I'm a very detailed oriented person to a fault and they really managed to exceed our expectations!! Refrigerator, drier, and wood floors were damaged and never fixed. Water heater was installed incorrectly and had to be redone. Almost half the wiring that was done had to be replaced. Paid $1900 for custom cabinets that were never completed or delivered. Constantly lied and rarely showed up to work.

Do not do business with these people. This was the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer…read more WORST EVER. And since they like to answer negative reviews with BS about not having customers by that name or whatever, we are the Allen's in Magnolia, and Sanctified Cabinetry was hired by our GC, Telos Construction. Our home suffered massive damage in the February 2021 freeze event (we had 39 pipe breaks, flooding the entire house). After the house was completely gutted, and several delays and issues with the insurance company and a bad mitigation contractor, we finally hired a General Contractor in July to head up the project for the build-back. Our GC hired Sanctified Cabinetry to build back the cabinets throughout the house, including the kitchen, master bath, and upstairs Jack and Jill bath, as well as the closets/pantry. Tracy came out and took measurements and notes, and we agreed that it would be a semi-custom build, but were assured that the work would be completed in 6 weeks. We never saw a single piece until late September, and then it was just the pre-fab pieces that they ordered directly from the manufacturer, none of the 'custom' pieces. After asking Toni, we were told that they were 'waiting on paint to dry'. That was the story we got for the next 3 months. They would come, at random intervals, spend 3 or 4 hours working on a closet, and then leave, and we might not see them for another 2 weeks. Worse still, everything they touched in the closets had to be ripped out and re-done because the workmanship was just terrible. EVERY. SINGLE. PIECE. We begged the GC to fire them and start over in September, but every time he spoke to Toni, she had another excuse and story for the delays and shoddy workmanship. And because they couldn't meet a deadline in January, it caused a 30 day delay in the final draw from the insurance company, which caused delays to all of the other sub-contractors getting paid so work was again slowed on a project that had already hit it's one-year anniversary. In March 2022, the GC finally had enough and demanded the unfinished pieces that Sanctified had in their possession, which were, not surprisingly, all wrong. Again, shoddy construction, poorly finished with cheap materials. Just terrible. They were paid in full for some of the worst work I have ever seen, and now we are left with junk cabinets that we will have to pay someone else to finish, as only about half of them have doors or drawers. These people are Liars and thieves, or completely incompetent. Either way, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
