Joe was very responsive throughout the process and came out day 1 to give me a free quote and quoted me 3 different options. The guys who completed the work were very professional and did a good job of installing. For patching a floor with new wood next to old wood, they made it work in a way to works for us which is a challenging task. Not only that, but they found some floor joist issues below the plywood and were able to fix those on top of installing the floors, which is very impressive for a flooring company to be able to handle on the spot. Joe was very responsive throughout the process and answered every call I had. My only difficulty was that it was challenging explaining what we needed with workers who couldn't speak English. This led to me having to call Joe a lot and there were a few small items that weren't done exactly as I'd have liked due to language barriers, but they were nothing major and doesn't change the 5 star review. Would highly recommend using Joe or getting a quote for all flooring needs.

Payment was easy and I appreciated the very detailed invoice. I felt 100% comfortable leaving a key with Luis and his crew! One day I came home to meet yet another contractor and I was blown away when I saw Luis on his hands and knees actually working with his crew! Usually folks just make the sale, send the crew and check in from time to time but Luis was working side by side with his crew and I was really impressed. The installers were very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. Sam was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. They helped move furniture around, remove and reinstall toilets, as well as unhooked/reinstalled our stove/appliances. There were a few minor issues after the job was done (minor cosmetic), which can be expected when your entire house is re-floored. However, Sam responded immediately and came by personally to ensure everything was taken care of, which it was. I would highly recommend Sam for your floors.

Wanted to wait a bit to better assess before submitting a review a though six months clearly isn't…read morelong enough in the big picture, for this sort of application but thus far, my experience with both product and service has been simply fantastic! I was in the process of completing our new home build and had epoxy garage flooring on my list of things to include. Nearing the end of construction, everything was coming together quickly; house was near done, movers were scheduled for 6/16, landscaping ongoing, painters finishing up, cabinet hardware yet to be installed etc.... Given the schedule, I knew that I needed to have my garage floor done on 6/15 -OR- after move-in, which meant, probably not ever... I almost decided to just live without rather than exploring what could be done. Could it be coated on Monday and walked on on move-in day-Tuesday being the primary concern. Answer: YES! Don and a helper showed up as scheduled/9:30am process took most of the day, very detailed, more time spent on prep than actual application (a good thing), job was completed by 5p. I was able to walk-on same evening, looked great, an overall marvelous outcome! Now, though just six months gone by, I am so glad that I "squeezed" this last second detail in, as it's one of many, favorite aspects of our new home build. Can't hardly imagine not having done/would have seriously regretted. I highly recommend HGF's and they'd be my only choice if I were to ever be in need this sort of work in the future!
