Josh helped me design a patio concept that would make us actually want to send time in our backyard during the Houston summer. Josh and his crew did an amazing job with our remodeling project (kitchen + master and guest bathrooms). The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. Chris, the project manager, was always in touch, and put us at ease. Communication was clear and constant. We walked through all the project options, choice of material and issues that arose. We encountered an issue with the quartz countertops that delayed the end date of the project. Regardless, we discussed possible solutions and agreed on how to move forward. In all the conversations, there was always the intent to reach a win-win situation. Chris was very understanding and we got a preferential treatment because of the delay. Raul was very professional and provided many suggestions with the project. We rerouted the backsplash from the bar area to wall on the side of kitchen sink. The most nerve wrecking thing about hiring a contractor is coming across the unexpected. You get a quote, but it's never the end until the work is completed. When Josh came to provide an estimate, he was the only contractor to sit down with me and break down the numbers. He also looked me in the eye confidently and said that he is afraid of what will be underneath the bathroom floor (we had an issue with our upstairs bathroom causing mold in the downstairs master closet). That is what convinced me to hire his team, even though he was not the cheapest quote. After a few days of work which involved removing everything except the bathtub and the toilet, Josh's crew and my family felt like we dodged a bullet. However, Josh was not satisfied and I sensed his hesitation. He was willing to do the job halfway on my instructions, but made sure he made it clear that taking out the entire floor was recommended. After much deliberation, I told him to move forward with what he recommended (it was part of the quote anyway) and, as he predicted, we found the source of our problem. Josh got to work to provide me with the length and cost of extended work. He gave me several options and gave his honest opinions again. The lessons to take away here are to not be cheap, hire experts, and get it done right. read more

I've gotten multiple calls from them trying to set up service and when I wait for them to arrive no one shows up. it's clearly a company that has illegal practices of scamming the public, and when asked to be removed from their call list and notifying them I'm on the federal do not call list they say they can't remove the number and continue to call. read more

We had a roof leak cause some damage to our kitchen ceiling. Josh and his team did an excellent job fixing it. As you can see by the pictures, you can't even tell there was a huge rip running along one of the seams at all. They were prompt, friendly, and very respectful of our space. Everyone was wearing masks and keeping a safe distance at all times. They also had excellent taste in music, which they kept at the perfect volume where you could join in and jam out if you wanted but easily drown it out with the TV if you didn't. I thought we had a simple project to fix a leak in our up stairs shower. Josh took the time to explain our options. We move forward with a shower remodel. He came to the house twice even before I hired his company.  Once for an interview, and again to verify all measurements.  He actually listened to my plan and was able to help make my vision happen!
