I visited their showroom about one month ago and was really interested in getting work done on my home. The sales rep Ali was nice and helpful, and he said he needed a $500.00 deposit to secure pricing for 10 days. Me and my sister gave him $ 500.00. My credit was not approved and my sister could not get the cash needed to fund her project. I paid via credit card and my sister paid cash. We both requested a refund for the $ 500.00 and they told me they would credit the money back to my credit card. To this date we have not received our money back. They are avoiding telling her how she can get her money back. I sent them an email requesting my refund and I am getting no response. At this point I am disappointed in the way they are avoiding us.
