Cabinet USA completed a very nice professional job for a very reasonable price. I was somewhat skeptical was taken to this store by my wife. I believed that not only would this kill my pocket book , but I also believed for the amount of money that I wanted to spend that my wife could not get what she wanted. Boy was I wrong... Joseph(Project Mgr) came out and measured my entire kitchen took pictures, and called us about a week later to see his design. It was extremely nice but I was waiting on a crazy amount that this design was going to cost. However, it was more than I anticipated spending so I kind of wanted to talk my wife out of it, but she was sold on the design and I was like okkkkk... From the first payment which we paid in increments to the last we got top notch professional services and I became the one glad that I spend the little extra because EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING was taken care of from start to finish. And Joseph was our project mgr and he was an excellent project mgr ; we couldn't have ask for a better project manager , that was there to make sure everything was completed and completed correctly. He visited our house in a 2 1/2 week period about 4 to 5 times to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction. We had a small issue after Joseph collected the last payment he made sure the cabinet guy came back out to correct that issue promptly. I must say we are very, very satisfied with quality and service we received from Cabinet USA. They (Joseph/Tony) were nice, helpful, professional and run a solid business that provides you quality service for a fair price. You may pay a little more (really not that much more) but you will thank yourself later when you don't have the headache of managing the project , and you can leave it into the hands of professionals. My husband researched numerous companies for our kitchen renovation. We selected USA Cabinet Store and never regretted our choice. Their staff were professional, friendly and very hard working. When we made several changes during the renovation, they didn't balk, they just did the work. Due to the supply chain issue after the pandemic, it took us more than a year to receive the final two pieces of kitchen appliances, they never complained. We now have a new beautiful kitchen, so much larger than before the renovation. We also have banquet seating constructed by their cabinet maker, Albert Garcia, it came out beautifully. Throughout the entire process Tony and Joseph were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We planned our kitchen with Joseph. He did a wonderful job helping us design and develop our plan. He uses the software that helps us visualize the kitchen and allows us to make exact measurements. He never made us pressured or rushed. Joseph gave us really good advice and helped us make good decisions for the design of the kitchen. V-shape waterfall island was Joseph's idea. Installion team of these guys are also cool. They were very professional and worked clean. They really wanted to make sure that every detail was perfect. We had an issue that needed to be addressed a couple weeks after the installation. My plumber chipped one side of the quartz during faucet installation. It was a minor chip but it was right front of my wife's eyes when she was washing plates in the kitchen sink. When we first met Tony he helped us visualize our dream kitchen with the 3-d models and showed several of his other kitchen projects with before and after photos. That visual approach really helped us finalize on a design. The project manager Joseph was very detail oriented and showed up daily at the job site to inspect and guide the crew. He also proposed new ideas to us like adding under-cabinet lights which we were not considering, but now after our kitchen is renovated, they do make a big difference to the look of the kitchen and help light up countertop without adding glare to the eyes. What we also liked was that they had specialized craftsmen for specific tasks like plumbing, appliance, countertop, back-splash etc. which ensured high quality for various aspects of our kitchen renovation project. We have our master bathroom remodeling in the summer 2019. We did some research and visited a few showroom in Houston area. USA Cabinets was one of our stop and need look no further. Tony Kaplan is our consultant/designer for the project. Overall, the USA cabinets have a very competitive pricing and the designer take the time to explain the product and options thoroughly. During the installation process, our designer was onsite to make sure the workers complete the job properly and meet our expectations. There were some imperfection with our cabinets and the quartz and our designer have the issues fixed within one day. There is one thing that we didn't give 5 star because of the wait time for the cabinets. USA cabinets need to work with Kith Kitchen cabinets for a better logistics and delivery time. We have to waited for 2 months for the cabinets to be delivered. Kith Kitchen cabinet blamed on the summer heat and their factory have to shut down. read more

Houston Store is a Nightmare! It will be three month next week with the Houston store; my kitchen is still not complete; signed contract on October 9, 2016 and they agreed to complete the install on November 14 - 17, 2016. Living in a house with hardly installed Cook Top without Vent Hood, without Oven and without Microwave. The initial order was totally messed up and they told me on November 17, 2016 that a rush order was placed to replace some parts so at least Oven and Microwave could be installed and they would arrive in a week or so but we still don't see any progress. In fact, it has been even worse now when one of his unprofessional installer damaged additional drawer and completely destroyed the tall cabinet's panel pictured below. I Contacted USA to buy and have installed my cabinets for my kitchen. I spoke with Tony Kaplan and formed an instant approval of him. Tony was very professional, yet personable, he came out to my home and measured and gave us a quote in a matter of a couple of days. I do suggest that they use a more professional counter top company because I was a little disappointed in the way that they performed their duties. they damaged my cabinet and didn't bother to inform me. on the other hand Asher (the cabinet installer) was truly awesome...I would recommend him to everyone. I am a timely person that being said, Joseph has little respect for other people time, he seems to have no problem having people to wait for his arrival with the equipment they need to do their job. overall I am very happy with the end results and yes I would recommend them to everyone especially my friends and family! read more

We discovered USA Cabinet Store after a pipe burst in our kitchen during the winter freeze and Texas power grid failure in February. Initially we only intended to use them to replace our kitchen cabinets, but that scope eventually expanded to include new quartz countertops and backsplash, sink and microwave, and even some reconfiguration of the space to open it up a bit more to the rest of the first floor. When the water pipes burst after the February freeze, we had to remodel our mid-century modern kitchen. Tony came up with a good design that improved the storage and flow issues without relocating plumbing. We liked the Asia Cabinetry in Walnut which was available within a week and had the mid-century modern look we wanted. Joseph was the project manager and made sure the project proceeded as planned. We only provided our own painters. We were very satisfied with all their installers. When issues arose, Joseph dealt with them quickly and without complaint. There were some add-ons during the renovation, but the project remained largely within budget. We love our new kitchen! I needed some cabinets for a kitchen remodel and I went to three places to get ideas and quotes. Without saying any names, the first place was expensive and they charged a premium for any service. The second place the cabinets were less expensive but the manager/salesperson was condescending the entire process. I made my last stop at USA Cabinet Store. Prices were comparable but Tony as well as Joseph were a pleasure to work with. I bought cabinets and the quartz countertop from them. Both sets of workmen were pleasant, professional and timely in getting the pieces installed. When the time came for remodeling our kitchen I called them with no hesitation. They did an amazing job.
