I also had to make a return and she once again helped me with returning all my items. I went back a third time to order more items for another bathroom and Spenser helped me. She was so nice and helped me figure out different options until I had all the hardware picked out. Great inventory and I really appreciated the patience and friendly customer support! Wish I could leave a Zero rating but I could only go as low as 1 star. My 2nd visit to Ferguson recently was similar to the visit before, some years ago. This time I entered the showroom and spoke with Emily G. I had several questions regarding a shower head/hoses purchased a Ferguson several years ago. Unable to answer my question at the moment, we exchanged emails and decided to get more info. When i left 2 vm's she failed to respond. No response to my email inquires. She suddenly disappeared and is unresponsive. Since I'm not a designer, the snobbish, entitled attitude was apparent on first meet. I have had thousands of dollars of plumbing scheduled for weeks to be delivered first thing this morning, not even on the truck as per them, with no eta. I have plumbers lined up. I am updating my review to 1 star from 2 star. After I got such a sincere response I emailed Jennifer. After 3 business days still no response. Apparently that response was not as sincere as I thought.... Just a formality. ------- Today was our 3rd visit to the store. We are gutting our master bath and enlarging the shower to make it fit 2 people and taking out a humongous and outdated jacuzzi tub that isn't quite big enough to comfortably hold 2 people and is too large for 1 person. Our visits went like this: Visit 1: It was a Saturday and there were lots of people working and most were working quietly at their computers and did not have customers sitting in front of them. We were told they were unable to help us without an appointment. We could not get an appointment on a Saturday (we were told they are reserved). We made one for 2 weeks later on a Friday afternoon. Visit 2: we worked with Michael at our appointment who must be on commission because he wanted us to get the most expensive items. For example $4000 for each shower set and valve. He said the Signature brand is their house brand and was just OK but the other brands were much better. We needed to buy two shower systems (valve, rain head, hand shower, shower bar), A smaller tub (I was wanting clawfoot,) a tub filler w hand shower (I wanted freestanding tub filler), two vessel, sinks, and two vessel sink faucets. At the end of an hour he gave us his card and said we could email him and then place our order online. I found exactly the shower set that I wanted a few days later, and I emailed him a picture ... I never got a reply. I finally called build.com and spoke with someone there, who helped me over the phone. Visit three: today, we went in to sit in a couple of tubs to double check the size before we ordered. It is so disappointing to walk around the store and not have a single person in sales greet us or Take the time to ask what project we are working on. It's like they don't want to be bothered with us. I understand that Ferguson prefers to work with contractors and builders but I would never recommend them and I'm only using them because I want high end faucets and I don't know where else I can get them and I have a busy job and frankly, I don't have the time to research another company to buy them from. Oh, and Michael was there today and not working with anyone and didn't make eye contact and never looked up from his desk or even said hello. He could've apologized for not responding to my emails but he didn't bother to do that either. Worst service ever. Can't get any information on your order after it's placed unless you sit on hold for 20-30 minutes minimum. Call back is some Austin number you won't recognize so it will go to voicemail. After waiting and waiting, their system cut me off in mid-conversation so then I had to start the whole process again. Don't try to call the showroom person who helped you, that is a 30-40 minute hold minimum too. WORST SERVICE EVER. If you want to experience pure frustration and unmitigated anger while trying to buy plumbing fixtures, this is the place for you. They couldn't care less if a customer who spends thousands of $$$ is inconvenienced. They think they don't need your business. GIVE THEM a PASS. Trust me. read more

We ordered a set of double doors for a study we were remodeling. Because of the size it was delivered by a large truck. When they brought it they just dumped it outside of the garage doors, without informing us they were there (we were inside but had no idea they were there). My husband and I had to lift it to bring in and out of the elements. Those doors weigh approximately 400-500 lbs! Also we're in our 60's and 70's. After we brought it in he realized they were the wrong size. I can't even tell you how difficult it was to get that picked up and have them reorder the correct size. After waiting another couple weeks, when they finally brought the correct size, they did it again! Left it outside of the garage, so now we had to bring that in, only this one weighed a couple of hundred lbs more! Our only saving grace was the fact that our exterminator showed up and helped us. This whole process has delayed this project by at least a month. We will NEVER use Fergusons Build.com for anything. read more

The sales staff has always been very helpful with product selection and pricing. Most recently, I purchased all of my master bathroom fixtures from Ferguson, including soaking tub and all faucets and shower fixtures. Ferguson has been going downhill over the last couple years. I'm so tired of having to call for updates only to hear my reps busy, on the other line, with a customer, or at another location. I have to call for updates for my back ordered materials since they won't call you to update. We have spent upwards of $100k on new appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures. I have trouble understanding how they do business. The sales rep gets all your selections and then passes you off to one of their assistants or team members. This is the point to start worrying because you will mot talk to your rep ever again unless you need to purchase another item, then they need to get a commission so they will all the sudden be available for that. The sales reps and teams do not seem to understand what they sell and only are interested in collecting their commissions. Use their app to purchase as it will save you a lot of headaches. Dealing with the snooty attitude of employees from the front desk to the guy in the warehouse just isn't worth it. read more

Fergusons is so overpriced and their client services is very hard to get hold of if you have a problem. Our problem was with the horrible warranty company they use/own? DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY THROUGH FERGUSONS! The company, True Blue, does everything possible to not replace or repair your appliance. I waited 2 months on my stove top, and now I've been waiting 7 weeks on my ice maker. Can't seem to get any answers and just get passed on to other people who have to start over on my case each time. read more

I've purchased from Ferguson for many years and always recommended my clients make their selections from Ferguson. However, they have become very unprofessional and confusing. On SEVERAL occasions, my SO called sales rep, would not return phone calls and on even more occasions Noone in the company knew the whereabouts of my order. I have purchased material and was promised it on a particular day, only to find it "didn't come in" . Worse off the only way I knew was to call and check. The staff a Ferguson makes no proactive effort at all. I literally had to go purchase an off the shelf faucet from a local retail supplier to fulfill my contractual obligation. This review is over a year in the making - covid, kids, remodel... I had a phenomenal experience with Brittany Mickelson. She was personable, reliable, problem-solved, was solution-oriented, provided sound advice on choices (which saved me money and time by avoiding change orders) and she is just a lovely person. I only gave four stars because when I first went to Ferguson's I was initially connected with two other sales people who didn't make suggestions, provide options, take my project seriously and they were very "sales-y". I was lucky to be introduced to Brittany through my builder. The other reason for four stars is the way that Ferguson's invoices is so incredibly out of date and disorganised. You really need to know exactly what you want and to not make changes because the number of invoices and the amount of pages attached is insane. It's also printed on the super old-school 80s paper that is landscape view with the alternating coloured lines, perforated edges with holes. All that said, I would use Ferguson's again for ease of an array of selections at varying price points but I would only work with Brittany. read more

Even though they show to have hundreds in stock on their website, the warehouse nearest you may not have any or may be short one and put your entire order on "backorder" like they did with us. Took over six weeks to get our order and never once received an apology or offer to discount the order. Will never shop here again. Should have known when I saw their 1-1/2 star rating. Too bad because they have a nice showroom with lots of choices, but not worth the hassle. read more

The sales experience at Fergason was exceptional. Haley was knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately, Fergason was responsible for delivery and installation. The measurement appointment happened as represented. That was the last thing that happened as it was supposed to. The call to set the delivery appointment didn't happen until late at night the night before delivery. The delivery happened at the very end of the window. Installers were promised within an hour of delivery. Five hours later I called and talked to someone in the delivery and installation group. They could have cared less that the installers were four hours late versus commitment. The installation crew called to say they would be at the house in 20 minutes. After a hour I called to find they we 10 minutes away. The real fun was yet to begin. The electrical connection to the range was incorrect. Then the gas fittings did not match. Since the job had been "measured by an installation team" before delivery, it is unbelievable the the installers would not have the correct fittings and wiring when they arrive at the job. Fergason clearly does not manage delivery and installation well. Unless their way of management changes, I will never make another purchase from them. read more

Very helpful! One of the few places on Richmond with items in stock for next day pickup. Fair pricing and will price match some of the big online retailers even though I found their pricing to be less in most cases. We did a master bath and kitchen remodel with their help. When our Home Depot tub arrived damaged, we were able to get one from them in time for the plumber to install it in a couple days. Thanks for helping us stay on schedule. read more

Dec 14th around 3:30pm THE SALESPERSON WAS SO INCREDIBLY RUDE AND ARROGANT!!! I was shocked at the incredibly arrogant attitude of the lady "Carson?" who was asked by the store greeter to help me! Her mannerisms and tone of voice made it very clear that she felt she was too busy for me from the moment I said hello. . I asked about a specific sink and faucet and her response to me was, literally, "I thought all you wanted was a price for a fixture?" I was shocked! I was actually in the process of trying to buy both sinks and faucets (yes... pleural). I've gone over and over this experience trying to think if I perhaps did anything wrong or could have done something differently and can't come up with anything. I was there to arrange a huge purchase! The store is BEAUTIFUL and they have a gorgeous inventory. She alone lost the business an initial sale of approx $10-15k not to mention a potentially lucrative future relationship. She was so incredibly arrogant and self centered with zero customer service skills. Luckily this is Houston and there are many other stores that welcome our business. So I walk into Ferguson's this morning to purchase 3 commodes. Young man sitting at desk in a well staffed showroom with few customers on the floor, points me in the direction of the scattered numbers of commodes on the floor, tells me to look around and directs me to come back if I have questions. Commodes have rectangular I-2" labels, hardly readable from a short distance. Spent about 20 minutes on the floor without anyone offering to assist me and decided to walk out. Honestly, I get better service and courtesy at Home Depot. Will take my business elsewhere! Don't waste your time here. Employees could care less on working with you! read more

I was so sad to see all the negative reviews on this location- I couldn't have had a better experience! REALLY- fabulous team from start to finish. Yes, they can be busy at peak times, but it's because they are excellent and because their prices are great too. I have had a wonderful experience with the sales team, the customer service team, and even the gentlemen who work the pickup dock (they kindly brought my four year old a water while we waited). I love the new location and the fact that I can wander and look at fun house stuff. My sales person and I work well through email and when I need a quick question answered I call their customer service team- not some anonymous offsite call center, these folks know their stuff well. I have to say I couldn't have had a better experience and felt like I should add a positive review in with the mix. Thanks for the great experience Ferguson! read more

Ordering an appliance during Covid is not easy anywhere. After waiting 5 months my replacement built in microwave finally arrived. I did a pre site visit to make sure the replacement microwave fit but that is all they did. My previous appliance was a 240v replaced with a 120v which should not have been a problem. The problem was that a light switch that controlled the outlet they plugged the outlet in also controlled cabinet lighting so I had to flip a switch to use to the microwave. After flipping the switch and running the microwave for 15 seconds the breaker flipped because it couldn't handle the additional load. $300 later I had an electrician out to install a new outlet where my 240v hardwiring was and replace my breaker to make it all work. What was the point of the site visit I know how to use a tape measure... would not use again, sales person didn't care about any of my issues after they collected payment. Never using again will recommend other people don't as well read more

I talked by phone with a kind lady , asking if the showroom on Richmond had the item I was looking for, available for display ( a framed shower door seen on the Ferguson website). The answer was "yes it is displayed and you can see it, no appointment requested". After a quite long driving, I reached the showroom.The gentleman at the entrance was quite surprised from my request to see the shower door. He said they do not display items (so, why they call it "show room"?) . Also he was unable to explain why I was given a totally different information on the phone. This shows at least lack of coordination: all the employees should have the same knowledge in order to provide consistent and aligned answers to customers. Or maybe there is lack of motivation /interest in their job? No problem at all, of course. There are other options in the market. This is my third (and last) disappointing experience with this vendor. Always found quite rude or not friendly staff, and, most important, never got the appropriate support to find a solution. read more
