Sign is off. Nobody home! Can get my business if you don't show up or answer the phone.

I've called several times and driven by as well. No one answered so I guess you need to leave message to get a call back to schedule an appointment,,, just to come back again! Too much of a hassle

I highly recommend these guys! They are very honest and their work is amazing! I would like to especially thank Ersan Iljazovski and Cesar for all your help in my decision making! My new kitchen is beautiful!

They have their own showroom in addition to a parts counter around the side of the building. I needed a small part inside of a shower faucet head and after trying the big box stores with no luck I gave them a shot at it. The staff cross referenced the part and found the exact part I was looking for at their other store. They had it delivered to the Humble location which I picked up the next day for $. Saved me from installing a new bath faucet with additional plumbing.

Needed a 2.5 inch Coupling (not avail at Lowes or HD) The good folks at the local ACE recommended this place. Small business owner, I'm all about small businesses so I went straight there...I should have called first to avoid wasting my time Entered store, immediately greeted by the the sales guy (maybe). He eyeballed me and the small piece of PVC piping in my hand and basically sent me on my way. This genius immediately began Hemmin' and Hawin', no questions, no options, no interest to take my money... "No Bud, nothing we can do for ya" The a hole insisted to refer to me as Bud...I had to leave. They may have great stuff and service, I just couldn't get past the smart guy at the front of the store.

Floor & Decor - Bling for the cabinets along with floor and decor mirrors made this room elegant and functional.

Review of my bathroom after living in it has taught me a few things…read more 1. I LOVE the increased storage. Esp the divider between the sinks and drawers that allows for all my items to be conveniently located while getting ready. 2. I LOVE my shower!! The walls with no door are easy maintenance and the deep divided shower niches allow for storage of shower essentials but the location makes it hidden from the immediate view. The lower niche creates a step for shaving which is perfect! 3. The shallow drawers at the bottom of the sink allow for storage and easy location of smaller items normally "lost" under a sink. 4. The colors and upkeep are gorgeous and easy to keep that way. I especially love the large tiles in the bathroom with limited grout lines. 5. Things I would change: Lighting. I did not take into consideration the level of lighting for make up application etc. it's gorgeous for relaxed spa like feel but does not allow me to see well for practical use at the mirror. I have to pull out a lighted make up mirror. Ventilation: the change in how the shower releases steam fogs up my bathroom mirrors if someone is in the shower while you're getting ready. I'm not sure how to fix this but would ask more questions. We added an additional fan but maybe needed one in the shower area? Overall, money well spent!!' 5.

Superior Home Renovations - Calan White

Superior Home Renovations

We had Superior renovate our master bathroom this summer. We previously had our kitchen renovated…read moreby another, much larger company. In comparing the two companies, Superior is really head and shoulders above the others. If you have a project that you want done at a fair price, with high quality on a reasonable schedule, I highly recommend Superior. Quote Process: -Superior was able to come out quickly -They included everything I asked for in the quote (this is a big deal-- I got lower quotes from 2 other companies and it turns out they "forgot" to include key elements of what I asked for. This makes their quote look lower which ultimately isn't the case) -The pricing was competitive and easy to understand. Any change requests that caused a change in pricing were discussed before anything was updated Customer Service: -Superior is a small company so you're usually dealing directly with one of the owners. This is huge since I found with my other company that it can be really annoying and a time suck to have to deal with 2 or 3 middle men. -The owners came out to check on our project at least once a week if not more. It was super obvious that they cared about us being happy with the end result. Sub-contractors: -They use quality subs and have a pretty good handle on them. This is super critical-- other companies use the cheapest subs they can find. -They manage their subs-- they give clear direction and don't expect the home owner to provide this on their behalf. Quality: -They care about the quality. The tile we picked turned out to be really tricky to install and took a lot longer than anyone anticipated. They made sure it was done right and it turned out looking amazing. -They weren't happy with some finish work that was done by the plumber so had it fixed with out my even asking (I don't know that I would have even noticed it because it was behind the bathtub). Timeline: -They stuck pretty close to the timeline that we agreed on and actually completed all elements of the project with out my having to follow up. This is huge.... our kitchen renovation from more than 18 months ago still has outstanding punch list items that the large contractor hasn't closed.

The owner came to our home and reviewed our vision of what we wanted the finished product to look like. He suggested we hire a designer to help pull the project together and help us make good decisions on the many finer details that go into a large renovation. We took his advise and once we had developed our plans, the SHR team converted them to an action oriented timeline and entered it into a project management software that we could all access online. We stacked hands on the project plan and SHR went right to work. Throughout the project we made several changes both adding and deleting items from the work scope. SHR managed the changes online and adjusted our price without missing a beat. The end product came out fantastic and was delivered on time. At no time did we feel pressured to spend money that was not in our budget. If you're looking for a professional outfit to make your renovation a success, look no further.

Your Texas Patio - Beatiful project in memorial!

From top to bottom, these guys are amazing…read more I'd received a pretty obnoxious quote for a covered patio and kitchen so did a little bit of price shopping. Of the 6 quotes I got, Jacob at Your Texas Patio blew them all away (he beat the obnoxious one by nearly $50,000 for basically the exact same project). I generally don't go for the cheapest option, but after the initial conversations he had me convinced that he knew what he was doing. So, I dove right in. As soon as they had the go ahead, work was underway. Angel led the way on the construction end and was out there every day (often including the weekends) doing everything from tearing out the side of the house to connect the structure, putting down posts, framing the roof, painting, etc. A real construction stud. In no time the project was complete and I'm extremely happy with the finished project (which beat our target date by about 2 weeks). Sure, there were some snags along the way. I had some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed (1960s house with original sewage lines), a sprinkler than was inadvertently damaged and the need to run a gas line from the other side of the house. Jacob fixed anything that needed to be fixed immediately, and if there was something outside the scope of the project he had someone out there for me to consult with on the same day (I couldn't even get my longtime plumber or audio guys out within two weeks). If I had a tweak to design or a minor addition, it was done. If I had questions on the project at 11pm after a few whiskeys or on a weekend at 7am on my way to a soccer game, it was answered. Sure, he looks like a kid, but he knows what he's doing. I'll be using them on my next projects and you probably should, too.

The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.
