Review of my bathroom after living in it has taught me a few things. 1. I LOVE the increased storage. Esp the divider between the sinks and drawers that allows for all my items to be conveniently located while getting ready. 2. I LOVE my shower!! The walls with no door are easy maintenance and the deep divided shower niches allow for storage of shower essentials but the location makes it hidden from the immediate view. The lower niche creates a step for shaving which is perfect! 3. The shallow drawers at the bottom of the sink allow for storage and easy location of smaller items normally "lost" under a sink. 4. The colors and upkeep are gorgeous and easy to keep that way. I especially love the large tiles in the bathroom with limited grout lines. 5. Things I would change: Lighting. I did not take into consideration the level of lighting for make up application etc. it's gorgeous for relaxed spa like feel but does not allow me to see well for practical use at the mirror. I have to pull out a lighted make up mirror. Ventilation: the change in how the shower releases steam fogs up my bathroom mirrors if someone is in the shower while you're getting ready. I'm not sure how to fix this but would ask more questions. We added an additional fan but maybe needed one in the shower area? Overall, money well spent!!' 5. read more

Geneva went above and beyond. Great customer service. She helped me pick out tile and all the details that come with....

We purchased $1,800 worth of flooring. They brought it out and sat the pallet on the ground leaving my husband to load it alone. Today we returned the unused portion. Two employees walked right behind my husband. Nobody helped unload the product again. read more

Went to the Grand Opening tonight. Food was amazing and flowing from Pappas Bbq and it was well attended and catered. Parking was easy and plentiful. It's a huge and well lit store and the attendants were more than helpful. They had a lot of great giveaways and gave away a truck with sales tax paid for! I've never been to a Floor and Decor before and it's a Target-like experience shopping for construction and supplies. Wide aisles, friendly staff, well lit and organized makes it nice to shop in there. They had a networking event and had all the booths set up. It was nice to talk to the vendors and find out more about their products. If I was fixing up my home or in construction I would definitely be here, since prices were also very competitive. They also offer free ice so you can pull your truck up and fill up for the work site. read more

I have purchased at this location many times over, over the years. The customer services varies from extremely kind and professional until you go the warehouse to pick up your order. The communication between the warehouse staff and the customer hits a nerve. They speak down to you, why? If no one has a desire/need to remodel their homes - then you don't have a business much less a job! read more

I went in to purchase backsplash and had the most helpful salesman, Matthew. These days people never want to work and he went above and beyond. He took his time with us and even brought all our supplies to the car. This company hired a gem for sure. read more

Obtained in-home quotes from several of their recommended installers and decided on one. Then we went to the store to pick out the flooring (type & color). We were told by store personnel that we needed to set-up an appointment and come back later. So much for an easy process. I guess they really did not want our business. read more

The majority of the folks here are lost. I ask many specialist about a product they sold and one straight out and told me she don't know. She was upset b/c I asked for something that is sold in their store. Anyone who needs a job and can say I don't know on every question that is asked, come to Floor Decor. read more

How do you review a large tile store? The selection of materials seemed sufficiently large. No problems buying too much and getting a prompt refund upon return. You ll need to find a sales person to write up your order which will probably be a challenge.. and dont expect to find somebody to help with questions you might have! read more

PRISCILLA is a joke. I had everything picked out that I needed with the quantities. All I needed was the trim. While I was looking at the trim manager stop by. I told him I was going to be placing a large order. He said, let me have our design specialist PRISCILLA help you. All she did was walk over to the register and wanted to ring up my order. When they didn't have enough trim of the one I picked out, she did nothing to help find a trim that fit my tile. I went and got the tile and told her to find me a trim that fits it. I had to make her help me. FLOOR AND DECOR don't call a cashier a Design Specialist. Evidently she didn't add the pick up name to my order either because now they can't find it. read more

In this day and age people are quick to criticize and slow to praise. We has just completed a complete floor change and had extra product we wanted to return. We paid for the product on line so there was an issue with the return. But Fanny Diaz stepped in and the problem disappeared!!! Her customer service skills are fantastic. She is a definite asset to Floor and Decor. She makes the difference. Please Thank her for going the extra mile!!! read more

I had a client who was planning on changing out her flooring throughout her entire home. We went to this location not knowing exactly what we wanted. There was this professional looking young lady helping another customer who asked us if she could be of service. We both said "Yes!". Come to find out she was the in-store designer. Her name was LaTarsha I believe. She helped us pick out all of the flooring and also the material we would need in order to get the job done. Her knowledge of the process of installing the floor helped us get exactly what we needed. I have never had an experience like that before. This was customer service at its finest. I would recommend anyone who plans on getting their flooring done and aren't quite sure how to go about doing to go to this location and ask for LaTarsha Vercher. She will take excellent care of you! read more

Big shout out to Cristal Puente, in the Humble store, for going above and beyond in customer service. Cristal spent 30-45 minutes on hold with a Floor & Decor store in The Colony, trying to find out if they had the tile I needed. Success! She found what I needed and I can get my project finished. Thank you for going the extra mile, Cristal. Five Stars for sure read more

The general manager here is not accountable! He has no time to deal with customers that are buying product from him constantly! I don't understand why he is still in charge! I was trying to return some tile and he refused to return it. Didn't even have the decency to come by a look at product nor speak to me! His name is Leo! Maybe I can get a response from the person that managers him ! read more

I have purchased from a different Floor & Decor previously and was very confident in their knowledge of the products I bought... $1800 worth! But this store wax closer to my home and made the mistake of coming to the Humble store! I ask for help in three different areas of the store and the staff was uneducated and or rude. Although to the checkout... will never return or recommend to anyone! read more

I was in The Humble store gettin materials. Cristal from the Pro Desk helped me with everything I needed. She was courteous and ver knowledgeable. She's an asset to Floor & Decor. Cristal definitely needs a raise because customer service is what keep returning customers. read more

If you are thinking of shopping here, PROCEED WITH CAUTION! I came here to purchase wood flooring to update my master bedroom. I brought sample pieces of my wood flooring in an attempt to match other rooms of my home. Needless to say, their customer service is AWFUL. Their knowledge, guidance and recommendations are HORRENDOUS. After ruining several hundred dollars of flooring, I've had to hire a professional company to remove the partial installed flooring and install all new flooring. You better know what you are doing OR working with a contractor to do your home project. BEFORE you criticize, which is very easy to do, I am extremely handy, do my due diligence and I have worked on various projects big and small over the years. IF I would have been given some vital information from the start, the outcome would have been completely different without a doubt. Lesson learned... thank you, Floor & Decor!!! read more

You may be getting a good price for the floor and get suckered into the differed finance. Bit do not get their CC. I have had several issues with the website being down and the phone line disconnects and says we are having glitches and technical difficulties. Also you can't even make a payment over the phone , this is crazy ! Never heard of someone not wanting to take my money . Called the store they won't even take payments in person or have a way to call internally to make payments, this is ridiculous read more

We had just moved into the area and trying to get settled in our new home. Had a bathroom with loose tile so had to begin a project right away to fix that. First time ever being in a Floor & Decor. We were walking around browsing different tiles and trying to get some ideas. Latarsha, one of the design consultants, stopped us to see if we needed any help. I showed her a picture of our bathroom and she listened to what I thought I wanted. She said she'd be right back and returned with some samples of what she thought I'd like. She was 100% right. Not only did she help with our current project, she also showed me some samples based on my taste, for some future projects. Besides the tile, she walked us through the store to get the rest of the supplies needed. Latarsha made a stressful time a lot easier. Because of her, not only will I return to Floor & Decor, I will make sure to go when she will be there! read more

We were overwhelmed (in a good way) with the selection. Coming from a smaller town in Louisiana with few options for back splash, this was a relief. We were especially pleased with the design help we received from Latarsha. She was very approachable, helpful, sharp and in tune with helping us get what we wanted. 5 Thumbs Up for Latarsha! read more

I stopped in at new location to see what they had because I had already purchased tile from another store. I was assisted by Javier who was exceptional. I recommend anyone needing assistance to ask for him. He knows his materials and is very professional. I ended up taking back all the tile from another store and ended up buying material at Floor and Decor. I am so happy with what he recommended. This guy is an asset to this store. This is one happy customer who will go back to this store. I will definitely go back and ask for him. read more

We had excellent customer service from Bryan in the flooring section. Very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy on unnecessary purchases.

Cristal is the best employee ever! She was super helpful and was able to make the best suggestions when my mom and I were picking out backsplash products. Was very pleased with the service I received from Yoheved. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I didn't know what I wanted for a backsplash and she took her time with me to give me some great options that I didn't even think of! Her professionalism and knowledge about the products made my trip to Floor & Decor a great one. I've been to other floor & decors and none of them can compare to this location. Yoheved did a great job helping me and I highly recommend this floor & decor. When I return to redo my bathroom she will be the person I want to help me pick out some great choices. read more

I had my first ever design meeting at Floor and Decor with Latarsha Vercher. I am beyond pleased. Latarsha is very knowledgeable of products. Her attention to detail (the color of grout really does matter) will ultimately enhance my vision. I am especially particular and she was able to diplomatically advise me. She showed me pics of other work when I wasn't sold and also gave me contractor information. She will become my personal go to designer read more

I recently visited your Floor & Decor store on Highway 59 in Humble, Tx. My first time in was July 10, I was looking for flooring for my living room in my hallway. I was in the vinyl flooring section and your employee, Megan, came up to me and asked if I needed help. As we spoke about what I needed (I was completed unsure) she proceeded to help me to make my decisions and order my floor for me which we picked up at the 45 location. On July 13, I had to go back to your store in Humble to see about backsplash for my kitchen. I was having a very difficult time with my contractor over the phone and not wanting to meet me to explain to me what we needed and what I could use. Being very upset with my contractor on the phone, Megan appeared. She was a lifesaver. This young lady is so helpful and so nice and just willing to answer all of the questions and help you with what you need. I cannot say enough good things about this her. I would like this to go up to the top level of management at this Store location. I would really like for someone to acknowledge this young lady and know that she is doing a wonderful job and she is out to help the customer with any and every question they may have. On the 13th, by the time I left there I felt much better and had what I needed. Thank you to Megan! read more
