Currently I'm all about re-organizing and downsizing so proper storage is critical. I found some great boxes for the kids toys that were on sale (and they were better priced than Ross or TJ Maxx-which is a first stop to hunt for bargains). I also checked out their closet systems which are pricey to begin with but they are currently having a 30 percent off sale. They come in and take out your rods and shelves and put in a new sleeker system according to your needs. I was given all the information to consider so I'm definitely looking at their systems as a possibility. Overall a great place to find some great home stuff to keep you tidy. I showed her my sketch with approximate measurements and she rendered my concept to a 3D model. Fast forward, Aaron came to do the initial consultation and with a few tweaks the Master Closet design was brought to life. The process was smooth and he did such a fantastic job that I had two more closets designed. His designs provide the maximum amount of usable space proportionate to each closet and while some items were on backorder I was able to pick them up at the Woodlands location. I had to have a couple of shelves recut due to some adjustments, but the staff was top notch. Note: If you do not use all of the products in your design (i.e. extra anchor screws, shelve covers) you can return them for a store credit.

We would prefer stopping here since it's so close with convenient parking. However rarely have I seen service vary so much at one establishment. If you get one of younger folks they're not very helpfully or knowledgeable. In fact they make you feel like your presence is a distraction. However if you get one of older folks they know what products they have, where to find them in store and if necessary takes you to the spot. Since you don't know who you going to get we normally bypass the place unless we're pushed for time or know exactly what we're looking for and where it's located.

Today I picked up a curbside order and before I got home was getting gas and found the box taper tape broken. I called the manager and explained the situation saying I wanted an unopened box. I was told they could not be assured over the phone that my return would be accepted. I was shopping at Costco and found a better item for just a little more. So I returned the item to BBB. Then received this warning from RAR. I have been a loyal BBB customer for 30 years, but today I began having second thoughts.

When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)
