At the start of a major master bath remodeling, we were sent to Tri Supply in Conroe to pick out…read morebathroom fixtures by our contractor. While the showroom was fantastic and they had lots of choices, the problems we had that our sales rep caused were not handled well. We picked out everything with the Tri Supply sales rep and left. The sales rep emailed us and our contractor the pricing and we had her go ahead and order the majority of the plumbing items, over $3,000 worth. The project progressed and after most of the plumbing and all of the tile work had been finished, the plumber noticed that the parts that we had asked the sales rep to order were not the correct ones and would not work. When we questioned the rep, she said that she remembered what we told her we wanted and she did not know why she had ordered something different! After lots of discussion with the rep, she ordered a new part that would resolve the problem (not what we had originally wanted because that would have required tearing the whole shower out instead of a 4x4 section). She never offered to expedite that part and finally after waiting a week the part came in. In the meantime, the tile installer had to come and tear out the tile that had just been installed. The new part was installed and now the plumber and tile installer are redoing it. The cost for the plumber and tile installer to come back and redo the problem caused by the sales rep should have been covered by Tri Supply, not divided between the homeowner and the contractor. I would never recommend Tri Supply, they obviously don't stand behind their purchases.

It's jam packed with stuff for a fun and functional kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their prices are reasonable. We stop in regularly and buy occasionally. This adventure, we picked up a veggie spaghetti maker, some mitts, and other knick-knacky stuff. I was surprised at the number of veggie spaghettifiers. Power ones, manual crank ones, hand held ones, etc. Who knew? We bought the simplest hand held model for a few bucks to test it out. So we brought it home, and completely shredded 2 zucchinis into spaghetti in a minute. After 3 minutes in the microwave, it was done. Drain it. Throw sauce on it with a tablespoon of grated cheese. Voila! Nearly no calories and delicious. Next trip, it time to get that salad spinner ... LOL. I think that zucchini needs to be spun dry!

Communication with Alex, Melissa and Richard was daily. They kept us updated on all work to be performed the following day as well as what was completed each day. We had no "surprises". If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. To give an idea of some of the projects we had done; new roof, installed gutters around entire house and garage, major interior repair due to massive water leak on second floor that completely flooded 1st floor (walls, ceiling, stairs) new wood look tile flooring downstairs, interior design - turned my 3 1/2 car garage in to a full 2 car garage and a beautiful pool room with French doors leading to the pool, wood look tile flooring and a split AC/Heater unit. I sourced the flooring, door, and light fixtures. They handled improving the bracing, installing subfloor, additional bracing in the walls, dry wall, painting, texture, installation of the door, electrical outlets and installation of the flooring. The storage room that they completed is my favorite room of my home. The flooring was installed perfectly and there isn't a pop or squeak in the whole room. I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. In the event that he would go to another job site he would let me know the plan for the day and generally check in on his return, or at the end of the day. The team kept a clean jobsite and would clean up at the end of every work day. I would have no hesitation on hiring them and I plan on hiring them in the near future for some additional work around the home.
