Today I picked up a curbside order and before I got home was getting gas and found the box taper tape broken. I called the manager and explained the situation saying I wanted an unopened box. I was told they could not be assured over the phone that my return would be accepted. I was shopping at Costco and found a better item for just a little more. So I returned the item to BBB. Limited selection for many items; this store really tilted heavily towards the BED part of the bidness rather than the bath or the beyond sections. When in need of bath and/or beyond items one should consider internet purchase or another store location back towards town. I have walked out of this store empty-handed twice now and the problem was easily solved by visiting another location back towards town in The Woodlands which had everything I needed in plentiful stock and other things too. read more

Good- Everything under the sun available in one location. Bad- OVERWHELMING they have so many products it's easy to come out of there with too much stuff. Ugly- Not great prices by any stretch. read more

Ordered a online same day delivery yesterday from this store at 3:52pm never received the order. Called Bed Bath & Beyond they sent me to call Door Dash they hung up on me, said their records show delivered. This is my third delivery since moving into this house this is the only one that didn't show up. Even with a very detailed message to the delivery driver.... What cars were in the driveway way etc. I've spoke to three other people none from the USA. One even told me The delivery had to be placed before 2 o'clock yesterday and that's why it wasn't here. Moral of the story same day delivery is as reliable as the Covid Vaccine. read more

Bought a Toy Bin for a Christmas Present and it was missing the poles to put it together. Bed Bath and Beyond states the item was now out of stock and there is nothing they can do so I now have an item that is useless. They sell other Toy Bins like Toy Story that are the same exact item but they could not replace the poles from one of them. Bed Bath and Beyond does not stand behind their products and their customer service people are very rude. You would think they would contact Delta Children's (The Maker of Toy Bin) to see about getting missing parts! Save your Money and Shop at a store that stands behind their products. read more

Decided to waste some time today and walk around. I've never been in a BB&B and I was surprised by how much I loved this store. It was very clean and organized, very easy to shop at. I lit up when I saw that they sold the Babyliss nano titanium 1' straightener that I've been eyeing for quite some time. I hadn't purchased one due to the price being a little too high for my budget. They had them labeled at $59 on their display so of course I grabbed one. When scanned it totaled $140. I explained to the cashier that it was labeled on the display for $59 so she walked with me to check. She grabbed the label and searched the item on it and it was definitely not the same product, it was a blow dryer round brush. It was apparent that the label wasn't changed when the display was put together. She then proceeded to try and sell me the mini version of the straighter that I originally came in for and said, "sorry". She was very nice and I had zero issue with her at all. The two-star review is because they need to make sure their display prices are accurate. I was extremely disappointed I wasn't able to make a purchase today. read more

Shop here frequently, normally a good experience. Purchased a 14 piece set of Calaphon cookware. Large sign in store stated $50.00 gift card with $299.00 purchase. Got home and realized I didn't get the gift card so I call the store. Was told by a manager to come back with my receipt and they would give me the gift card. Today I was told because I got the on sale it didn't qualify for the gift card. That is fine, but I believe that the advertising was deceiving and should be taken down. The supervisor was dismissive and rude. I will take it up with corporate. read more

I received a defective product and between contacting the 1800 number and two stores, I was able to get my low inventory product exchanged painlessly. Special tip of the hat to Nella at the Conroe store for assisting us with the physical exchange and granting us with a discount for our troubles. I normally do not go to BB&B unless I am looking for something out of the ordinary such as a- brown sugar bear or orange peel starter. Why? Well everything here is very expensive. I would suggest you look elsewhere for most household items unless it is a hard to find item. read more

Had to get a lot of miscellaneous items for our new house and was procrastinating such a big chore. Shortly after I got there I asked a sales girl where i could booms ten steam mops and towels. She escorted me to each department and asked me if there was anything else she could do for me. I was just kidding when I said I needed lots of help since I needed a lot for my new house and she took the time to walk around the whole store and talk me thru any questions and helped pick out priorities! Will defiantly be a back since I'll need more to make my house a home and I hope the same employee will help me again. So friendly and helpful! Great experience! read more

I've never seen a manager display such poor management skills in front of customers and employees. He is obviously over worked or is a very unhappy person that does not need to be in customer service. I watched him roll his eyes every times a cashier ask him for help or the phone rang. He was rude to a 7O plus year old women because she was questioning how he was doing her home delivery, then yell at an employee because she told him he still had people waiting to be registered for their wedding. I was there to purchase a comforter set, it had to ordered from another store because this location was out; that was over TWO months ago and I still have not received it. I knew it was a mistake to continue the transaction from staying in line and watching this guy struggle with every customer in front of me. I paid in advance at the store for this comforter but still to this day don't have it. I called again today and got another manager, said she will have to research it and get back with me, AFTER she ask me if I was sure I bought it at that store. Come on people I have the receipt! I do not recommend this store for anything. read more
