Settled on the Bram 6pc sectional for our living room, and so far after delivery we are so excited about our new addition to our living room! The shopping experience was made enjoyable with Terry Tucker's knowledgeable introduction to the options out there on the floor; he showed us what they had, then left us to our own devices to look and measure the options without following us around or pressuring our search. Once we finally made our decision, he also provided a lot of support when we attempted to finalize the order online - eventually we were unsuccessful, but a trip to the warehouse to order solved that in short order. Delivery was fast and efficient - the deliverers noticed and took it upon themselves to reject and re-order two pieces of the 6 pc sectional. The extra two pieces came promptly the next business day, and now we have the full sectional in place and are pleased with the quality of the items themselves, as well as the delivery process and staff. Would not hesitate to shop with AFW in the future.

Our recent experience with the Houston store has been incredible!…read moreTim was a great salesman. The delivery crews were friendly and professional. A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF THAT REALLY HELPED US! We needed to call twice and each time I received incredible service! The first call was with a recliner issue and the second call was regarding a bent leg on a patio sofa. I have been dealing with multiple eye surgeries (9) and didn't see the bent leg until after I water proofed all the cushions and even tried to touch up a small scratch because I didn't want to bother the service people. It was only after I did that was when my wife noticed the bent leg! My wife suggested I call Customer service and tell them everything that happened. I was lucky to be connected to Darlene, a service rep in Colorado who listened to my situation and was able to help me. She was extremely friendly and understanding. Darlene not only helped me to get the frame replaced instead of us driving it back to the store, Darlene arranged a pick up and delivery for us. We have used AFW in the past and will continue to do so! We highly recommend them and greatly appreciate the excellent excellent service from the entire AFW team!! Thank you & God bless!

A new furniture store in Conroe, TX that offers plenty of style for everyone's taste…read more Pros Appearance/layout: This is a beautiful store with a well thought out layout. Right when you walk through the front doors, you'll be blown away by the size of the building and style. Service: I personally LOVE the fact the employees are not commissioned based solely on you do not get any pressure to buy. It's a unique but effective strategy. I honestly buy from here because I can take my time and receive excellent service when I am ready to purchase an item. Quality: Every item I've come across is built very well and is packed with style and quality materials. Play Area: I have never been a furniture place that offers a two store play area and will watch your child for up to two hours while you shop. I repeat this place has a PLAY AREA . They have excellent safety protocols and nestled in this area, there is a movie section for the "older" kids. To put into perspective on how nice this playground is, a lot of local moms come here specifically to let their kids play indoor. Cons: Price: I will admit the pricing is slightly higher compared to American Furniture Warehouse, Ashley or Bell Furniture. If you're balling on a budget or are looking for some cheap then this place is NOT for you. If you're in the area and looking for amazing furniture give this place a try.
