I AGREE with another review for this place that reads: "They will sell your stuff and keep your money!" I experienced many signs of their fraud and deceitful, unethical business practices including unnecessary rude and petty excuses that would occur often over the next 90 days. Starting on the 1st day when I asked for a copy of the paperwork; Their rude response was "We can't do that". That would be the beginning of their MANY rude excuses including - "We don't make copies", "We can't get the email to work", "We don't know how to do that", "We don't mail anything", "I don't have to reply to your calls, texts or emails", "We don't offer any account balance info", "We don't send monthly statements". Also, I never received any legally binding contract; I never received any account info of my items/inventory, of what was sold, dates sold, or even a commencement date since my items were delivered many days later. I actually sent my inventory list of items they received that the owner would not initial or sign! The only accounting "system" that I was privy to was random item numbers with prices on a check stub, which I would need to decipher my sales! I must share one of my experiences with the owner. When I called to arrange to pick up any unsold items, she told me all the items left were expired; the items were hers, and she marked down all the items for whatever she wanted and kept all the money!... The owner actually told me she was asked one day by a buyer if she could do better on my consigned items; the owner told me she waited until the expired date and sold my items! I told her "That's Called Stealing!" My AGREEMENT with this place was for 90 days and I would be picking up any items that did not sell. I NEVER agreed that SHE could STEAL from me! After much back and forth with John and the installer I agreed to pay for it myself. The installer comes today with the door and it is the correct size but it was painted the wrong color.
