A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF THAT REALLY HELPED US! We needed to call twice and each time I received incredible service! The first call was with a recliner issue and the second call was regarding a bent leg on a patio sofa. I have been dealing with multiple eye surgeries (9) and didn't see the bent leg until after I water proofed all the cushions and even tried to touch up a small scratch because I didn't want to bother the service people. It was only after I did that was when my wife noticed the bent leg! My wife suggested I call Customer service and tell them everything that happened. I was lucky to be connected to Darlene, a service rep in Colorado who listened to my situation and was able to help me. She was extremely friendly and understanding. Darlene not only helped me to get the frame replaced instead of us driving it back to the store, Darlene arranged a pick up and delivery for us. We have used AFW in the past and will continue to do so! We highly recommend them and greatly appreciate the excellent excellent service from the entire AFW team!! Thank you & God bless!

This is like a mini IKEA, complete with a cafe inside. We actually had to ask a sales associate for help because they were all busy. We had Justin, who was so kind and thorough with our order. My husband brought his truck, and we took our bed home that day (some assembly required). I highly, HIGHLY recommend Justin to help with your furniture needs. He wasn't pushy and knew we just wanted to buy the bed. We had some time between placing our order and pickup to wander around the store, and we loved browsing through the different areas. We will definitely be back next time we need to get furniture.

Right when you walk through the front doors, you'll be blown away by the size of the building and style. Service: I personally LOVE the fact the employees are not commissioned based solely on you do not get any pressure to buy. It's a unique but effective strategy. I honestly buy from here because I can take my time and receive excellent service when I am ready to purchase an item. Quality: Every item I've come across is built very well and is packed with style and quality materials. Play Area: I have never been a furniture place that offers a two store play area and will watch your child for up to two hours while you shop. I repeat this place has a PLAY AREA . They have excellent safety protocols and nestled in this area, there is a movie section for the "older" kids. To put into perspective on how nice this playground is, a lot of local moms come here specifically to let their kids play indoor. Cons: Price: I will admit the pricing is slightly higher compared to American Furniture Warehouse, Ashley or Bell Furniture. If you're balling on a budget or are looking for some cheap then this place is NOT for you. If you're in the area and looking for amazing furniture give this place a try.
