I bought the cutest marble lazy Susan for my kitchen soap to sit on for only $12.99!!! The staff were helpful and pleasant. This is one of my new favorite stores! FYI- they do not sell pet stuff or baby stuff. But that's ok, they have tons of other great stuff.

Bought everything anywhere from my King Size bed along with frame, to all my decorative toiletries, lamps, kids room decor, and outdoor decor. I was so hooked! The place isn't very fancy, definitely a "warehouse" type but all they focus is on their products and low prices. They have a couple floor samples on rooms which some ideas I did steal for my son's and daughter's room. My kids and I literally scavenged through their clearance sections and we have no regrets! Their clearance isn't like other places where the style isn't "in" but more like they are making more space for newer items, some items were just in season like a week ago and yet they have new styles in. I did signed up for their rewards which is very generous (mind you I will most likely shop here more than usual). I am patiently awaiting on my rewards to make another stop and make my house feel like home!

In my few transactions/visits to the physical store, it hasn't been "that bad." The first time I…read morewent, I wasn't greeted - it was almost as if I was deliberately ignored... Maybe my love of shopping in sweats, sneakers/flip flops, and a teeshirt just doesn't ring "$$$" for such an expensive establishment. That being said - maybe it was just a bad day to visit, because after that - the experiences changed and my same demeanor/shopping attire hasn't changed, but the male reps I've dealt with have been super helpful and professional... Can't say the same for the ladies I've had the pleasure (or maybe displeasure) in encountering. Either way - I give this location 4 stars. Mainly because I LOVE Arhaus and because it's the closest location to me. It's tastefully decorated, staged accordingly and if I am looking for something in particular, usually I can find it in this store. I love Arhaus products and the warmth they emit in my home....I don't think the products are OVERLY priced - although some pieces (relics) can cost a pretty penny. If you like one-offs, you will probably find a few here collecting some dust at a reasonable price... you just gotta dig and sometimes wait it out.... Overall, the furniture I have purchased in the past and most recently has lived up to my expectations and the concierge support has also. I most recently had a table arrive damaged (after a 16 week order lead time no less) and they were super helpful in getting that addressed and rushed on the re-order. For that - they've earned a keep from my business. Like I said - the pieces are beautiful, well crafted, and handled with care (for the most part). I can't complain - I've not had a bad experience yet with my orders...knock on wood. ;) I'll keep buying. lol

I heard about Rug Mart from an acquaintance when I asked her where she purchased a beautiful rug in her home. So we decided to check them out when we were shopping for a new rug for our living room. Rug Mart Houston has an incredible selection of rugs, on site, ready for you to see and available immediately for purchase. Considering we were searching for an oversized rug (12x15), being able to see the rug - full size - and not in a very small sample size, on-site availability was very important to us. Latif, the owner, listened to us describe what we were interested in and even asked to see photos of our room (which we happened to have), as well as paid close attention to the rugs we liked as we were looking through the vast selection, and he helped us quickly narrow it down to a couple of favorites. Latif was very polite, professional, and followed up with us in an appropriate time frame (he was not pushy at all). He has a HUGE selection of every type of style of rug one could be looking for and in many price ranges. Bottom line, we would buy from Latif again. We could not be happier with our rug purchase - the large rug and the runner to coordinate with it - look fantastic.
