Ryan at Busy Bee responded so quick before I got a chance to do research on the selected vendors. Just took a few sentences, I began to like his personality and direct answers. It appeared as what the website and other reviewers said. I quickly made a decision to hire this vendor. Ryan and his crew arrived at the specific time, after 3 pm because of errands on a Saturday afternoon. Gave me the quote as described on the chat. They took care of the master bedroom and a small portion of tiled bathroom. He left me an instructions for drying time. I also asked about the cost for cleaning they walking closet in the master bedroom. I skipped this time because I used it to evacuate the furniture from master bedroom. Busy Bees Carpet Steamer is based in Cypress area. My house is south end on the map. They are so nice. I'm going to treat them for lunch at Chinatown next time I use the service again.

About an hour before our appointment, "Alex" called us to state that a previous job was going to take longer than previously planned and we would have to be pushed back an hour. Although not ideal, we agreed to keep the appointment as we were already prepared, and we understand things can happen. Then about 90 minutes later, "Alex" called back to state that now their machine broke down, and he suggested cancelling the service for today. When I explained to Alex that this was very disappointing as we have our house moved all around and changed other appointments to accommodate them, I could hear him or another employee laughing in the background.
