First, they will contact you by phone or email, depending on what you prefer (for those of us who hate phone calls, this is great!). Scheduling is super prompt - I submitted a request on the website and an appointment was scheduled at my convenience less than a week later. The value is phenomenal. Ibrahim will quote in advance and explain salient risks or limitations when he arrives on site. They work FAST - five rooms done today within 2 hours!! You can tell Ibrahim is proud of the service his company provides. This is the second time I've used D-Max and I would definitely recommend them. Photos show before and after in a closet we had not had cleaned for the 7 years we have lived in this house. So far so good! D Max came to our house last weekend to clean the carpet. Our carpet was pretty gross as there were pet stains on it that had been there for a few years. They got everything out!! Our carpet looks very nice now. No stains or other spots have reemerged (this can sometimes happen if the technician doesn't get all the soap out). These guys get five stars from me!!! read more
