Even my landlord was impressed! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They also have the ability to do COVID-19 cleanings, which I was so appreciative of. Their office staff is really friendly and they were able to schedule a cleaning for me right away when I called, even though it was last minute. You should definitely consider giving them a call!

The cleaning crew was on time and they were very polite, and overall they did an adequate job I guess, although for $240 I would have expected a bit more attention to details... particularly since we'd not moved in yet and the house was empty of furniture. I expected *everything* (except the walls, explanation below) to be thoroughly scrubbed and spotless for our upcoming move, but my overall impression was less than stellar and I suspect they kinda just did their normal everyday cleaning routine, failing to catch a lot of the extra debris and dust from the painting and flooring crews. I am glad that Best Care cleaned the ceiling fans without me having to tell them; however, I would have like to seen this same attention to detail on the light fixtures, as well as the corners of the windows and bathroom floors. I also appreciate that the office staff was willing to communicate and set up my appointment via email (big plus for me.) Before any cleaning work commenced, I specifically mentioned to both the girl who set up my appointment via email, as well as in person to the cleaning crew at the house, that they needed to be extra careful with the walls due to the painting we'd just completed. Unfortunately, after the cleaning crew left, I noticed some damage to the fresh paint. I had asked them to clean the folding doors (for washer/dryer closet) even though the doors were off their tracks. During the brief post-cleaning walk-thru, one of these doors was leaning on a freshly painted wall covering a big scrape on the corner... I didn't notice it until I moved the door to put it back after they left. Nobody has been in the house besides myself, my mom, and the cleaning crew since the painters and floor installer finished their work... and I know for a fact the paint on this corner was not damaged when the construction crews left a few days before. I'm quite disappointed that now I have to get the painters back out to fix this. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10153823561145505&set=o.423023161208419&type=3 I contacted the Best Cleaning office and sent them photos of the damage, but they deny that their crew caused it. (Of course they denied it because they know I can't actually prove it. *sigh*) If they didn't do it I can't imagine who did... nobody else was there. I guess we have a ghost at the new house.

I was in a pinch and needed a thorough home cleaning last minute (like less than 24 hours). I went through Yelp to request estimates from multiple businesses. The majority of them weren't available on Sundays or just too pricey. I had lost hope, until I received a call from AJ with Deep Clean Houston. AJ is the owner of the establishment. From the moment he called me, he was extremely professional, courteous, polite and empathetic. He could sense my urgency to have someone clean our home quickly and he accommodated our request even though the hours I needed him were technically not working hours for his business. AJ arrived at our home punctually, had a great personality and maintained the professionalism I got over the phone. He did a walkthrough of my home with me and asked for preferences on how we wanted things cleaned, organized, etc. I was worried for him because he was about to tackle a 3300 square foot home alone, but he wasn't intimidated by it at all. After his assessment, we tried to stay out of his way to let him do his thing. The cleaning was thorough, precise and detailed even though this was only a standard cleaning. It did take him about 6 hours to finish but I knew he was trying to make a good first impression and he also was by himself. My house literally had a makeover and it was very impressive. He brought all of his own supplies and didn't need any help once he got started. If you are looking for a family owned business that prides itself on professionalism, quality work, and affordable service, look no further than Deep Clean Houston. We will definitely hire this company again! Thanks, AJ!

He quoted us a price on the phone, and offered to come to the house to give us a more specific bid. We ultimately ended up engaging Daniel to clean the carpets in our entire house, rather than just the stain. Prior to arriving he called to say he was 30 minutes away. Arrived promptly at the time he specified he would be here. Daniel outlined the cleaning process, including expectations afterward, with regard to drying. He met all expectations. I did not feel that I was being over-charged. The price seemed fair and reasonable. He worked diligently and was conscientious. We were disappointed that the smell on the carpet in the area we had asked him to thoroughly clean came back a couple days later. We had paid extra for him to ensure the smell was removed. His solutions offered over the phone subsequently all included additional costs. I wish he would have done a better job to explain that the extra charges on the front end might not be the solution we needed.
