I sent the list of needs & they developed a quote from that. Sayra tried to do her best. Blanca was her helper. Unfortunately they didn't know much English. I showed them things I needed them to do or missed, but they didn't understand. Pros: on time, polite, tried to be thorough with cleaning refrigerator, microwave, oven, cabinet doors, window blinds, tub, shower doors, mirror, drawers, ceiling fans & bedroom closet (shelves & floors). Cons: they missed several places such as the drawer under the oven, even after I showed her that it was dirty, stove top burners, the bottom of both fridge & freezer doors, all shelves weren't wiped, the linen closet in the bathroom was totally missed, the doors needed to be wiped. After they left I got busy cleaning the oven drawer (I had a pile of grungy towels after cleaning it). I turned on the stove burners to make sure they were plugged in & working (then I discovered they weren't cleaned, they triggered the smoke alarm). I did see Blanca cleaning the trays under the burners. But must not have cleaned the coiled burners

So happy we went with 713 Cleaning!…read more TL;DR The team far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend Eliot and his team. My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. We had a bookshelf that was a little disorganized (not expecting them to worry about it) and they straightened everything up and made it look so nice. It was a great surprise! The team far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend Eliot and his team.

I will start by saying the maids are normally great and do a great job. Unfortunately, the business…read moreowner is not. The maids were almost 4 hours late because he overbooked them and didn't communicate. That means my whole day got placed on hold and I only have one day off a week. When I told him this was unprofessional, inconvenient, and poorly communicated, he then turned it around on me and said I have been late in my payments (during hurricane Harvey?!?). Otherwise all payments have been within 24 hrs. And quite frankly, that argument is unrelated- as a business owner if your people are late, call as soon as you know they're going to be late and apologize. Apparently those expectations are too high...

Reading the reviews I have to wonder why all the bad ones for this company are "Not recommended"…read moreand therefore not a part of their star rating system. For that reason I give 1 star even though they probably earned 2 1/2 VERY disappointing service. Sent 3 women which should have been a good thing as we have one of the 3 story Neartown houses. But several things were not dusted, work table in office, one bedside table (of 2), 3 window sills, one side of entertainment center, etc. I caught 2 things and they flipped a rag back over them but cannot catch all of this while they were rushing to leave. I did see they cleaned the master shower only as far as the shortest of the ladies could reach, leaving a foot of obviously dirty shower glass on both sides that have glass, I told the women in charge, only one who spoke English, and she told one of the girls in Spanish. The young lady dashed off while I was paying (Cash only is a red flag Israel) and then came back down so fast and zoomed out the door, that I knew there was no way. When I asked her how that could have been done so quickly she replied, she is really good! And was outside and away herself. The shower had not been touched, nor the spotty faucets in the bathroom, but the previous spotty large faucet in the kitchen was now sparkling! Obvious shower somehow translated to kitchen faucet. the rest of the house was ok but aside from the kitchen faucet nothing was really well cleaned. And I never have found my reading glasses in the nice zip up case that were on my desk that morning.....

Owner Janelle showed up with additional supplies, and to assist with the cleaning. The team completed the mission within the three hours, and both current homeowner and new/prospective owner were happy with the job they did. The team was professional and friendly, and I would book them again.

When I called and first booked, I spoke to Diego and gave a heads up of our situation. My mom is…read morevery sick and I mentioned that we needed to do a deep clean on the house due to her cronic breathing issues. After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. I called and spoke to Usama infuriated and told him the story. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room. (Thus, another reason why we needed her in another room while cleaning). He kept asking if I wanted a redo and I kept saying no, until I just gave up and said, I'll call him back. A deep cleaning nightmare that led us nowhere and a few hundred dollars short with snot residue on the counters!
