We paid for a 'deep cleaning' (which is what I recommend by the way). After somewhat of a rocky start, this maid service has more than redeemed themselves. They came out with two maids and did an OK job. Later on thought, we noticed that they had missed a lot of stuff. I wrote an email to the company and within an hour, the owner of the company and his wife had contacted me apologizing profusely promising to rectify the situation. The next day, the owner, his wife and the crew came out to my house and really did a spectacular job. They really paid attention to cleaning outside the cabinets, our shutters, blinds and floors. This is my second maid service that I've ever had on a consistent basis, and the service is AWESOME. I wish I could remember my maid's name, but she is friendly and really good at making the house shine. She comes every two weeks, and I try not to get it too dirty in between. Still, the floors are cleaned, surfaces look like no one has ever touched them, and I defy you to find any dust. What's interesting is that their pricing is really, really competitive as well! Today was my first cleaning which was a deep cleaning with Executive maids and I am so pleased with the results! This place is spotless! I have a dog that sheds a ton and they did amazing work cleaning up the hair which is no easy task. Everything is visibly clean without over powering smells of chemical cleaners.There is nothing better than coming home from work to a clean apartment. Their cleaning crew wasn't very professional. They even hid some of my dirty pots and pans in my oven. Who does that? And instead of taking my trash to the curb like I asked, they stashed in all in bags in my garage so they wouldn't have to walk. Lazy lazy. I wouldn't recommend these guys at all. After I posted my review they posted a comment demanding I remove my review claiming I never did business with them, despite the fact that I have proof because I have copies of my contracts with them that I signed via email. Background: I hired this company to come do a move in cleaning for my new home. The house was vacant at time of cleaning and i just wanted the place given a thorough cleaning before we moved in. Pros: the price was right, sent a 3 person "crew", and brought necessary cleaning supplies, team was polite, scheduling was easy and customer friendly. Did a good job on baseboards and floors. Cleaned the air vents. They called and confirmed appointment and kept me updated on when they would be at my home.. 2 of the 3 crew members seemed to do a good job but whoever did my kitchen definitely brought the overall experience down (see below comments). Cons: the reasons I am giving them a 2 star review are as follows: Arrived over an hour late even though I had told them at scheduling I had movers coming and they needed to be completed before that time. Didn't do a thorough job. I am currently recleaning the entire kitchen 2 days later. Cabinets were still dirty inside. Didn't clean the fronts of the cabinets or under the ledge by the floor so there is dust and cob webs still underneath. Missed some sections of blinds when cleaning. Went close them and they are covered in dust. Outside of dishwasher was still dirty. Left in a hurry because I assume they were just over booked so i have to blame management for this. Good thing my husband was around because there was a language barrier for me communicating what I wanted done. All in all, was this the worst experience? No, but I was not impressed with the late arrival and finding some corners were cut after they left leaving me to have to clean my kitchen before unpacking. Our regular Housekeeper was not available so I called Executive Maids and not only were they very professional but scheduled a cleaning for the next day. We were expecting just a normal dust, vacuum and mop but they actually did a deep clean and charged us less than our normal Housekeeper. Needless to say, they are now our regular FABULOUS Housekeepers! We had Executive Maids come out before some family visited to tidy up and mop/vacuum for us. The house looked fantastic. They got some stains of of the countertops and cleaned the inside of the microwave. They really are pet friendly - my husband was home when they did the cleaning and he had our two 60lb dogs in the house as well and the girls who came to clean didn't mind them one bit. Uodate. Last week, our dogs escaped the back yard prior to our scheduled cleaning. A neighbor brought them by and the girls put them away and called me to let me know. Amazing!!! read more

I can't say enough positive compliments about how above and beyond Jessica and her cleaning team went for me. I had my rental house professionally cleaned by Executive Maids (move out clean) and they did an awesome job while my landlord was unexpectedly there scrutinizing their work and telling them what to do. Jessica even went over to the house to talk with my former landlord to tell him what was included in a move out clean. I recently used this company to clean my large 3600 square foot home. I had never used a maid service before and was very impressed. A crew of two men showed up, on time, with all of the necessary supplies. It took them right about 4 hours to clean my entire house and they were very thorough. I even discovered that my teenage son's bathtub was actually white after they left! I will continue to use this service. They half assed their work at my place (like obvious mistakes like not wiping up tables and counters) and when I called to tell they needed to refund me they were extremely rude stating the place was dirty (no duh who cleans a clean house lmao) and began yelling. My wife is a neat freak and I am, well...less than tidy. So in an attempt to help relieve her stress I decided to let the professionals at Executive Maids go to work. Honestly, they've been doing a great job! They are very friendly and professional. As far as their cleaning, they exceed my wife's standards (which is saying a lot!) I've had Executive Maids come out for about 3 months now after a previous service I used stopped returning my calls. Mari & her crew came out today and did an excellent job. I just had to show them problem areas that are not apparent (like the wads of fur behind one of the dog crates) and they took care of them! I love having a clean house for a few days, until the realities of my life wrecks the place again. Robert, one of the co-owners, is also very good to work with. I needed to reschedule their Friday visit, and I felt terrible texting him after hours, but he worked things out with me no problem! As a first-time customer, I was extremely disappointed in this company. When I scheduled an appointment, I was told that someone would be at my house at 8 a.m. and I would receive a call 30 minutes before they were to arrive. No call at 7:30 a.m. and nothing until 90 minutes later only because I had to continuously call the office. When I called to get an update, they said they would dispatch the maid and would give me an update on where she was. 15 minutes later, I called again to check-in and I was told that she would be calling me as she was stuck in traffic and there was nothing they could do about the traffic. I chose this company because they were close by and in the same zip code, traffic shouldn't be an excuse for being this late. read more

If you're selling your house -- hire them. They deep-cleaned my husband's house on a Wednesday for less than $300. The house went on the market online on Friday (not even a For Sale sign outside) and he had 5 offers by midnight that night. Ten offers total and -- he got asking price and the buyers remarked that the cleanliness was certainly a factor. I have this service do weekly cleanings and they are fantastic. Had this service twice. First time it was a very expensive "deep Clean" over 300 dollars. They did a decent enough job but forgot both the inside and outside of Microwave oven. They never called to follow up ( as promised) and so i called them a few weeks later because I needed my house cleaned again and since they had been polite and professional i thought i would try again.- I told them about the issues from the first time and they claimed they would do better this time Second cleaning was not a deep clean- but was still nearly 200 dollars. I did mention and question everything I needed to have done and the customer service rep said they would do it all. They were late and the cleaning this time really just wasn't good. They never touched my counter tops in the kitchen and the floors were just really poor quality work. They didn't do the mirrors in the bathrooms.- rushed and poor quality is how i describe the service. I emailed the customer service people( with a photo of the poor quality on the floors) and did not hear back so i assume this is just how they do business- Poor follow up and not quality work - no Concern for customers. read more

I used Executive Housewares & Services for the first time last week and let me say, this was the best maid service I have ever had. Seriously. Not only did they do a fantastic job (I think I can still smell the fabuloso!) but the girls were so professional and thorough! A few days before, I received a phone call to talk about specific needs in my apartment. When the girls arrived, they went over a checklist with me and asked if there was anything additional I wanted done. When they were just about finished, they asked me to inspect and to let them know if anything needed additional attention. Seriously?! I didn't even recognize my place! haha After confirming everything was good, they vacuumed themselves right out the door but not before mopping my entryway tile while standing on my welcome mat.
