I can't say enough wonderful things about this business! Juan replied to my inquiry for a deep clean in a timely manner with a reasonable quote. He was super friendly and professional from the get go. He and his wife are truly genuine and trustworthy people. They really pay attention to the details and made sure that I was happy with everything. They left my place sparkling clean! One of the things I loved the most is that they use mostly natural products instead of chemical grade cleaners so my asthma symptoms did not flare up. I now have regular cleanings scheduled with them! read more

We hired them to pack our kitchen and from what I can tell they did a fantastic job. Professional interaction and great experience.

They were soooo awesome! I had one day to move out and my place was a mess. My kitchen desperately needed a good deep clean + my room needed a vacuum. I didn't have the right tools nor the time so I was freaking out trying to find cleaners for my move. JP was fast at responding and very reasonable price for the value. He was reliable and arrived on time with all the tools. He came with his partner Angie did a great job and were respectful! My apartment is ready for move out! I asked for their business cards because I want to recommend them to all my friends. Give them a chance if you are in need of a good cleaning/organization/dishes/laundry - they can do it all!! check out the not recommended reviews. They have superb ratings too* read more

Very professional- Came with all supplies and cleaned my home to be ready to move-in. Good communication- really reliable. I was specially impressed with their dedication- oven glass was so filthy that none of those grease stains would go off using regular cleaners. They used scrappers, and kept on cleaning until - well it was too clean that I can see myself in that. Don't believe me - see pictures. Highly recommend. And very good prices ! read more

Advance Specialty Cleaners - sparkling! - Home Cleaning Near Me

We hired ASC to tackle cleaning our newly purchased home. It had sat vacant for months after renters vacated, leaving meat in the freezer, trash in the side yard, and dead bugs and dust everywhere. It took them longer than anticipated, but 2 people handled cleaning the whole nearly 3,000 square foot home in a single day. It would have taken me a week or more to finish the same work. They were polite, efficient, and open to feedback along the way. They were also very communicative during the scheduling process. The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny! When we finish moving, they will be our new regular cleaning service. read more

They cleaned all areas as requested. They adapted to meet my needs for rest, since I needed my rest when I arrived home after a long night of working. They even cleaned my sofa for me for an additional charge that was competitive with other companies I had received quotes from. Do plan on using them on regular basis.. they did even more that I asked so I highly recommend them. read more

They did a great job on our house for closing!! The price was very reasonable and the staff was pleasant and professional.

This cleaning company blew me away! I was able to get on their schedule for a deep clean very quickly, and the service provided was amazing. Adriana did a wonderful job on my apartment in only 2.5 hours, and paid attention to every last detail. There was not a single speck of dust left behind, and she even went the extra mile to tidy up cabinets and organize my perfume tray. It's the little things that count! She did a great job getting my shower as clean as I've ever seen it. Adriana also didn't mind my cat running around while she cleaned and made sure to get all of the cat hair around my apartment. Thank you Advance Specialty Cleaners, I will be using y'all again for your great customer service, perfect cleaning jobs, and reasonable prices! read more

Extremely pleased with the first class job Angie & JP did for my move-in. These are the owners - and it showed by their dedication. Very good attention to detail; extremely receptive to suggestions and feedback. When you have hungry entrepreneurs like this couple focused on customer satisfaction and strong work ethic, it is a pleasure. As they spent several hours cleaning, unsurprisingly the final price was well in excess of their quote. Nonetheless, absolutely worth it. No comparison with larger and less customer focused cleaning services. Highly recommended - I will be using them again. read more

They were available on short notice to help me clean my sister's apartment as a surprise for her, and did an incredibly thorough job! Instead of simply skipping over things they didn't know about, they asked me each step of the way what I did and didn't want to ensure I was really happy with the process overall. They're very communicative and polite and I highly recommend them! read more

Not to mention they did an AMAZING job. 10/10 recommend, it's not easy to find a reliable & I'm so happy I finally found a company I can trust. read more

"Daddy, we got a new house!" Words out the mouth of my babe when his dad got home to see the unbelievable result that hiring JP and Angie yields. The work ethic and commitment these two phenomenal humans put into cleaning and organizing my house into a home, is nothing short of inspiring. Life happens with no regard for pressing chores, and who would've thought houses don't clean themselves! The dynamic duo that is JP and Angie exudes professionalism and complete understanding to accommodate and accomplish massive tasks. My very large home was in dire need of a lot of everything, and they delivered to the tune of my utter thanks and pure bliss. They transformed my transient feeling house into a home.
