The Sugarland location sent Blanca and another house cleaner to my home, and Christopher gave me a discount by matching the price with another business I was going to hire. In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. Lollimaids does a great job and is affordably priced. For my same 2B/2 B apartment to be cleaned, I was quoted three times at different establishments. They have between 2 and 3 cleaners come to me, and they are always on time and efficient. I do always ask that they use new cloths for cleaning my surfaces but our main concern is having someone come clean our showers/tubs and they are always spotless. We did pay extra for getting our oven cleaned once and it was smokey a few days after due to the product they used. I wont do that again but otherwise a loyal lollimaids customer. Best cleaning service! I absolutely love how easy there online booking is. I've been using this cleaning service for the last 3 years and I've always been so satisfied with the cleaners work! Only weird thing is there arrival windows which can be tricky if you book them and you want to be home while they clean because they arrive usually hours earlier than your scheduled window times. I work from home so I'm always home so it doesn't really matter to me but can see that being an issue if someone doesn't have that flexibility and wants to be home while they clean. I've hired Lollimaids to clean my condo apartment three times now. Each time I was sent a different crew. And each time, they've done good work. They were quick and well worth what I paid. Their attention to detail is fairly good. One time, there were a few small missed spots- but I'm probably nit-picking. And today, I was pleasantly surprised with how thorough they were. Despite not ordering a "deep cleaning" I unexpectedly ended up with a spotless microwave (inside and out). And my kitchen sink strainers are somehow sparkling and shiny. Their website makes booking very easy. And their communication is great- especially considering that my building is not the easiest to get into. Update 11/6: I want to acknowledge that I was contacted by the company and they did address my concerns and sent a crew out to do a reclean. I appreciate the follow-up customer service. I was quite upset at the initial cleaning, but I am very happy that the company made it right. ________________________________________________________________________ Original review ABSOLUTE CRAP SERVICE. I had used Lollimaids a few times in the past and they did okay, but I already keep my house clean. Today, I paid $240 for a full deep cleaning, and added on the fridge and my garage swept out. I was in the car on a business call. When I went back into the house, I see that they didn't actually complete the service. There was still dog hair everywhere, including on the baseboards, dirt on the kitchen floor and fridge, and it looked like they didn't vacuum at all. There were NO vacuum lines and you can see the dog hair is literally still visible. This is SO disappointing. I'm pretty busy which is why I didn't do the cleaning myself. Worse, when I called the customer service person was TERRIBLE. I called and sent pictures. An hour later, I called back to find out when I would expect to hear from management and the person I spoke with HUNG UP on me purposely. I was willing to work something out, but at that point, I was completely done. When I called back, they wouldn't give him his name. At this point, I'll have to finish the cleaning myself which is the exact OPPOSITE of the experience you want to have with a cleaning service. I don't know why the rest of my pic didn't upload, but whatever. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I will never use Lollimaids again. read more
