Renovations at my house were finally completed and I wanted to get a really thorough cleaning done…read morebecause everything was coated in a bit of construction dust (baseboards, blinds, furniture). I filled out a request online and Julie called me right away to ask a few more questions about my home and what I need done. She scheduled the cleaning and they came a few days later. The two women, Hope and Shayna, were great. Super personable, easy to communicate with, and answered all of my questions. When I noticed they weren't cleaning the door frames, I asked if they could since I have two young boys and they constantly touch them with dirty hands - they of course addressed it right away and everything looks great!! I've signed up for their regular cleaning service now as well.

For my first agreed upon service date, I was notified 15 minutes before my scheduled cleaning, that the cleaning crew had a flat tire and wouldn't be able to clean my home that day. No problem. I know things happen. I rescheduled for the following week. I was contacted 3 hours before my scheduled visit and asked if I could allow the cleaners to come 1 hour earlier. I agreed to the earlier cleaning time and once again, rearranged my schedule to accommodate this request. After the cleaners did not show at the agreed upon time, I called, just to be told, the cleaners had an illness and would not be able to clean my home. I do understand things happen. And I do consider myself to be a flexible person. I'm just taken aback by the number of cancellations on the company's part. I will say, the owner/person I spoke to over the phone was extremely apologetic and remained professional the entire time, although I was upset.

My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. We had a bookshelf that was a little disorganized (not expecting them to worry about it) and they straightened everything up and made it look so nice. It was a great surprise! The team far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend Eliot and his team.
