In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. That's great business ethics for you!

The maids were almost 4 hours late because he overbooked them and didn't communicate. That means my whole day got placed on hold and I only have one day off a week. When I told him this was unprofessional, inconvenient, and poorly communicated, he then turned it around on me and said I have been late in my payments (during hurricane Harvey?!?). Otherwise all payments have been within 24 hrs. And quite frankly, that argument is unrelated- as a business owner if your people are late, call as soon as you know they're going to be late and apologize. Apparently those expectations are too high...

But several things were not dusted, work table in office, one bedside table (of 2), 3 window sills, one side of entertainment center, etc. I caught 2 things and they flipped a rag back over them but cannot catch all of this while they were rushing to leave. I did see they cleaned the master shower only as far as the shortest of the ladies could reach, leaving a foot of obviously dirty shower glass on both sides that have glass, I told the women in charge, only one who spoke English, and she told one of the girls in Spanish. The young lady dashed off while I was paying (Cash only is a red flag Israel) and then came back down so fast and zoomed out the door, that I knew there was no way. When I asked her how that could have been done so quickly she replied, she is really good! And was outside and away herself. The shower had not been touched, nor the spotty faucets in the bathroom, but the previous spotty large faucet in the kitchen was now sparkling! Obvious shower somehow translated to kitchen faucet. the rest of the house was ok but aside from the kitchen faucet nothing was really well cleaned. And I never have found my reading glasses in the nice zip up case that were on my desk that morning.....

A few weeks later, we had them back in to clean the carpet throughout the suite. Again, they were on time, the same lead was just as dedicated to doing a great job, and they made the logistics so easy. So yesterday, I hired them to do a one time deep clean of my own home. They missed absolutely nothing - fans, baseboards, picture frames, not a speck of dust or dog hair to be found. Different crew but just as efficient and professional. I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.

I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. The house was already generally clean, but it had been vacant, so there was typical dust in corners, behind toilets, and in window sills. I was quoted nearly $600 for what was described as an in-depth, all-day deep cleaning. On the day of the appointment, I made the mistake of giving them lockbox access because I was running behind. I arrived 40 minutes later to find a toddler inside my million-dollar home, throwing monster trucks onto custom cabinetry and bamboo floors. I was shocked. I don't have children, and the idea of a toddler being in my home--both for the safety of my property and the child--was completely unacceptable. The owner tried to smooth things over but offered no discount or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. They came back to "redo" the cleaning, and within just a few hours they claimed they were done. Dust behind the toilets was still there. They insisted I check everything on the spot, but anyone who has ever moved knows that you cannot catch every detail when you're juggling a dozen tasks--especially when you're paying professionals to handle it. When my partner arrived, she opened the microwave and oven. Both were still dirty, and with nothing more than a damp paper towel, everything wiped clean effortlessly. That alone told me the job had not been done properly the first--or second--time. I paid them just to be done with the situation, but looking back, I shouldn't have paid the owner anything. From what I understand, she charges an outrageous amount and only pays the cleaners around $100 each, which is incredibly unfair. On top of all that, I was informed that wiping the exterior windows was "extra," even at a $600 price tag. They ended up doing it, but at that point it was clear nothing was really included. In the end, I was left with stress, disappointment, and a home that was barely surface-cleaned, certainly not deep-cleaned. If you're thinking about hiring this service, be aware that you may experience unprofessional surprises--like toddlers on your property--and pay a premium for work that doesn't even meet basic expectations.
