I sent a message with no response from her. I assumed something happened. I called about a month later since I ran into her in the neighborhood I stay in that she frequently cleans homes at. I mentioned the issue and she pretended to care and say she will come to clean my house...well, after she agreed to clean my place again I called back the day my cleaning was scheduled and no surprise she did not answer a few times I called. Finally she answered and seemed to not understand or remember any of our conversations. I discussed again with her why she never showed up and she hung up the phone on me.
