We agreed on a date for her to come to my place and clean. Alejandra completely missed the day and never called to reschedule or apologize. ( I left work early to be home for her to NEVER show up). I sent a message with no response from her. I assumed something happened. I called about a month later since I ran into her in the neighborhood I stay in that she frequently cleans homes at. I mentioned the issue and she pretended to care and say she will come to clean my house...well, after she agreed to clean my place again I called back the day my cleaning was scheduled and no surprise she did not answer a few times I called. Finally she answered and seemed to not understand or remember any of our conversations. I discussed again with her why she never showed up and she hung up the phone on me. When I called back a few days later and messaged to see what the issue is she never answered.

I had a move-out cleaning. When I first arrived to grab the last bit of our things, the cleaners…read morehad just arrived. They were VERY friendly and they were hard at work cleaning the window sills and bathroom upstairs. We left and didn't come back until the next day. The kitchen looked amazing and all the counters were great! But the floors weren't swept - AT ALL. And it was rather egregious with dust bunnies and leaves that had blown in, so I don't think they forgot. We also paid an extra $40 for grout cleaning in the master bath, but that wasn't done. It looked like they ran out of time? I had filled out all the information on how many bedrooms and baths needed cleaning, but I don't know how long they had allotted. I came back the next day to sweet and scrub the bathtub and grout myself. I let MyHoustonMaids know and the manager contacted me and refunded just the amount I paid for grout cleaning. I'd use a different company next time - especially for a move-out when you don't have time for them to come back and fix it. You get what you pay for, I think, and this company is quite cheap.

Just so disappointing. I wanted to like this company but each cleaning brought new problems and damages. The lead cleaner left her crew at my house without supervision for my last and final cleaning!
