Ryan and his crew arrived at the specific time, after 3 pm because of errands on a Saturday afternoon. Gave me the quote as described on the chat. They took care of the master bedroom and a small portion of tiled bathroom. He left me an instructions for drying time. So happy we went with 713 Cleaning!…read more TL;DR The team far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend Eliot and his team. My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. We had a bookshelf that was a little disorganized (not expecting them to worry about it) and they straightened everything up and made it look so nice. It was a great surprise! The team far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend Eliot and his team.

I genuinely don't think I've ever been this impressed with a cleaning service. This was hands down…read morethe BEST cleaning job I have ever seen done on a home, and I've hired professional cleaners for years. From the moment they started, I was blown away by how efficient and thorough they were. There were three cleaners, they arrived around 3:00 PM and were completely finished by about 6:20 PM. I genuinely don't understand how they managed to clean this thoroughly in that amount of time because they did NOT cut corners. When I say they cleaned EVERYTHING, I mean everything. They moved things to clean underneath and behind them, including consoles and dressers. They wiped down the baseboards, dusted everything, and paid attention to areas that most cleaning services completely overlook. My shower especially shocked me. It had built-up dirt and soap scum that I was having trouble getting completely clean, and somehow they got it looking BRAND NEW. I walked in afterward and couldn't believe the difference. My house is a newer build, and after they finished, it literally looked and felt like the day it was first built. Every room was spotless. Every surface looked clean. The floors, bathrooms, baseboards, furniture, corners, and little details were all taken care of. You could tell they weren't just trying to make the house "look clean." They actually CLEANED it. What impressed me most was the combination of thoroughness and efficiency. Usually, you either get someone who works quickly but misses things, or someone who is extremely thorough but takes the entire day. Somehow, this team managed to be incredibly detailed AND efficient. I kept walking around my house afterward noticing more things they had cleaned and thinking, "Wait... they cleaned THAT too?!" I also have to mention the value. Having used professional cleaning services for years, including in Los Angeles, I can confidently say the quality of service I received was exceptional. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I rarely leave reviews this detailed, but they absolutely deserve it. My entire house feels refreshed, spotless, and genuinely professionally cleaned. This wasn't just a good cleaning. This was probably the best professional cleaning I've ever had. I will 100% be using them again and recommending them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Absolutely incredible. 10/10!
