The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. Update 3: What your record shows is you LIED in public to shield the horrible service you provided (I have a text screenshot to prove that). And you continue to lead on the story about your wonderful service that doesn't exist. You do not accept the fact that you're being criticize on the way you're running your business. You're claiming 100% satisfaction guarantee on one hand but on the other hand all you do is debating, arguing and making up excuses. You provided a bad service, it happens so accept it and move on. It's YOUR choice rather you want to do anything to improve your business model or not but it's MY CHOICE to voice my opinion whenever I see fit and NOT let you in my house again. So move on! Update 2: You are a very dishonest person and that is a very scary thing for the industry you're in. You HAVE to be trustworthy for homeowners to trust you with their homes but the way you're handling this situation and all the lies you're telling just to make you/your company look better raises so many red flags about your trustworthiness. First of all, I had ONE piece of "big" furniture when you came to clean and that was a TV console. It was 99% completed sitting against the wall where it's supposed to be; the only piece missing was one of the drawers and it was sitting right on top of the console. As the matter of fact, I installed the drawer before you left my house but you were too busy going through every one of my cabinets to realize that. So that ONLY "big" piece of furniture was NOT in the MIDDLE of the living room. Second, I may have boxes laying around but they are SMALL moving boxes I purchased at Home Depot in batches of 20's so they're NOT "big" boxes as you claim. Third, you are the problem that started all. You might think what you're doing was normal but I don't and I'm sure a lot of people agree with me. Aside from the shoes issue. You do not go around someone's house opening up every single drawers and cabinets and think it's not an issue. I don't care what your intentions was, it doesn't justify your actions; all it's telling me is you have ZERO respect for the home owner. I also like to point out that majority of the positive reviews you've received are from customers with small space and only one time customer. I urge people with bigger space like myself and are looking for recurring cleaning service to invest a little bit more and hire someone trustworthy. Last thing you want is for people snooping into your stuff if left unsupervised. I am 100% unsatisfied with this company/owner/workers! Update: I don't believe trolling through my reviews and making excuses for your workers is your way of making your customer happy. I have explained my situation to you, that I'm MOVING IN before you come to do the job. You offered me your service and told me it will not be a problem that I already have stuff in the house; you said in fact this will be consider as an occupied cleaning and NOT a move-in cleaning. If you feel the environment was "dangerous" for your workers you can leave at that moment and not have to do a thing. I never said they did a good job, "good" was NEVER associated with your service! You called me in the middle of my lunch and I clearly told you I'm EATING and that I will text you later which I DID! If you really care about customer satisfaction you wouldn't lie about the situation to minimize this negative review. If I could give a 1/2 Star that would be to much. Having to tell the crew not to break another door stop(2 broke at this time), I went to HD and replaced only to find 3 more broke off. No one told us. The freshly painted trim has been marked in most every room. Pictures don't lie. My wife was told the could not have been the workers, however they were the only ones doing to work. Has I not given out CC information upfront, I would not have paid the until the damage to the woodwork had been repaired. I would never recommend 713 Cleaning...as I am posting this rant, the painter has in formed me the drain hose from the washing machine was not replaced in the wall drain and now I have yet another mess to clean up Do yourself a big favor and avoid the "cleaning company" like the plague! read more

It took me 6 years to find a cleaning company I love. I can't say enough amazing things about this company. What started off as a 1 time last minute call to clean my house cause another company failed to show turned into a recurring monthly clean for my house as well as special projects. The owner is very knowledgeable, reasonable and customer satisfaction oriented. He's also a resident of Katy area so I like to keep my money local. They recently did a deep clean of my travertine tiles and the job was executed perfectly, timely and cost was definitely reasonable. I love this company. I picked this company basically at random, and because of the good reviews. Plus, they are local to Katy. The owner answered the phone and we went over the details of my carpet cleaning - just five rooms because it's mostly tile. The owner was on time and his technician arrived shortly after that. Eliot confirmed the schedule and the pricing, and the technician got to work. They were very efficient and did a good job. No complaints with any of the job. Just one minor point though: Eliot had left early to attend to another job, leaving the technician to finish up with me (or so I thought). When he had finished, the technician was packing things up and went outside, I assumed to put things into his van. I was waiting for him to come back in and settle up, or at least say goodbye. After 10 minutes, he hadn't come back in. I checked the driveway and he had left! It's a minor point, not enough to drop a whole star, but I think a proper good-bye is warranted so that I know everything is settled and taken care of. read more

I used 713 cleaning for a move in clean. I had completed some but I ran out of time. I arranged for 713 to come at 6pm on a Wednesday for the next morning and they arrived promptly at 8:30. They were the only service able to do it. The ladies worked hard for about 5 hours and did a good job. I did have to go over the bases again but that was all. I tried 713 Cleaning because I needed a good cleaning before receiving a lot of family for the weekend. Since it is for a wedding for my daughter, it has been quite hectic. I usually do my own cleaning but I had gotten behind. The service sent a two person team and even though there was a slight language barrier, we made it by using the owner via cell phone to communicate. Brenda and Carina were very thorough and did a great job cleaning. Everything was done very well. I will say they need to be careful with the product they used in my bathroom because it left some corrosion spots on my bathtub drain. Some extra rinsing would guard against that. Also, the blinds over my kitchen sink had dirty water spots because they were left to dry but not wiped down thoroughly again. Overall, I'm very pleased and I would hire them again. read more
