Maid sense did an good job but the timeliness was a problem. Schedule was originally for Noon then they changed it to 1 then didn't show until 1:30pm. Workers don't speak English which did make communication limited. Had a few places that didn't get cleaned due to not having the proper equipment to handle the gunk. And broke part of my blinds and paid for a deep clean for 225$ this wasn't worth the price should of been discounted for the time and damages read more

Good Communication setting the appointment. The cleaning ladies did not speak english but had an app to translate. Cleaning was good, had to have them redo a couple things but they did with no problem. I would use them again. It is easy to schedule appointments with them. David responds very quickly. They did a great job for our deep cleaning and regular cleanings. So far everything is good. I am a busy working mom. Also, I had to keep asking them to vacuum this piece of furniture and that chair, etc. I reported same to David and rather than fix the immediate issue, he scheduled another visit with different people. I did not schedule the appointment, nor would I. Thankfully, my regular housekeeper has recovered from her injury and has returned to clean my house. Came 2 times to clean as first time was so poor. To find out they do not move furniture to clean. That included couches, chairs Ottoman. Wow. I can't say enough about this company. I needed a vacant rental property cleaned after my tenants moved out in preparation for the next tenants. I first called Maid Sense because I needed a deep cleaning of our house. I couldn't do it on my own due to work and it would have taken me forever. I was a bit hesitant just because I don't feel comfortable on having people I don't know come to my house in general. I'm glad that I did. The team that was assigned to me are wonderful and they did a good job. There was some changes I need in terms of the service, and David did a wonderful job accommodating my request. I ended up signing for a routine cleaning service. I also appreciate the fact that now that I'm working from home most of the time, the cleaning crew is very respectful and ensures that they do not disturb me. Happy to be working with maid sense. I clean up the clutter before so they can focus on deep cleaning. The only thing I think should change is communication. I think it's important they ask if there's any specific instructions before starting and keep notes on the specific items the client is expecting. Not just walk in and go straight to cleaning especially because they might be new maids and everyone is different and particular about their home. After over a year of using Maid Sense I was left very disappointed as their cleaning team left a plastic Tupperware lid, plastic cutting board and serving tray *inside our oven.* When the oven was being preheated for dinner we noticed a terrible smell. Not only were the items ruined but we had to vacate the home for several hours to air it out. It's common sense to not put such items in the oven--and the crew was irresponsible and created a safety hazard by doing so. read more
