Though I really appreciate the website and the price, I have on two occasions been missing things from my home. I spoke with the manager/owner who said they would replace what was missing, and they never did. I also requested that that particular cleaning team not return, and they did. And now I'm missing something else. I don't take what I'm saying lightly, but the two items are things that have been been in the same place for the 7 years we've lived in our house. I'm on the hunt for another company because bottom line, I need to trust who is coming into my home. Lastly, I wish the cleanings were consistent. Sometimes that dust, sometimes they don't. Maid sense did an good job but the timeliness was a problem. Schedule was originally for Noon then they changed it to 1 then didn't show until 1:30pm. Workers don't speak English which did make communication limited. Had a few places that didn't get cleaned due to not having the proper equipment to handle the gunk. Good Communication setting the appointment. The cleaning ladies did not speak english but had an app to translate. Cleaning was good, had to have them redo a couple things but they did with no problem. I would use them again. I was a bit hesitant just because I don't feel comfortable on having people I don't know come to my house in general. I'm glad that I did. The team that was assigned to me are wonderful and they did a good job. There was some changes I need in terms of the service, and David did a wonderful job accommodating my request. I also appreciate the fact that now that I'm working from home most of the time, the cleaning crew is very respectful and ensures that they do not disturb me. Happy to be working with maid sense. I clean up the clutter before so they can focus on deep cleaning. The only thing I think should change is communication. I think it's important they ask if there's any specific instructions before starting and keep notes on the specific items the client is expecting.
