I found this company after I searched on yelp. David is quick to reply and happy to accommodate his customers with whatever request is given. I am always so happy with the results of his cleaning crew. They wear masks the entire time they are at the house so I feel safe with the ladies cleaning the house during these crazy COVID times. I have used 4-5 different cleaning companies over the last few years and I have landed on Maid Sense (using them for over a year now!) and don't imagine ever leaving them. The other cleaning services started out strong, and then were lazy with their cleaning, but Maid Sense has been consistent with their cleanings! I get my house cleaned every two weeks and I have only had 1 time that I was unhappy and with one quick call to David, the small issue was fixed. That's pretty great if you ask me. If you are ok with "just ok" service, then choose Maid Sense. It could be that most cleaning services attract workers who don't really want to be there these days, and it shows at MS. However, there is probably also an element of a reflection of how they pay, train, and treat staff. The work is "just ok". Workers speak Spanish only or hide behind the language barrier. We chose to use someone else after lots of conversations with management about how the service could improve in consistency. It just didn't happen and felt like a lot of lip service. The final straw was finding our stuff broken and put out to trash without a word. read more

I like to tidy up before they come to clean, but I don't like to tidy up every two weeks, so I schedule for monthly, which my previous cleaner would not accommodate. HORRIBLE, POOR, INCOMPLETE, UNPROFESSIONAL SEEVICE, They did a detail cleaning of 4000 square feet vacant home in 2 and half hours, and when checked their work after they left, the oven was not done, blinds were left out, when I moved in I notice the floors to my laundry room and other small areas of the floor was not done, dusting was not done,they took my brand new water bottles, wipes and disinfectant spray, paper towel, and JBL speakers, when I called back they retuned speaker only and said they trashed everything else, when I asked for refund DAVID the owner refused, and was very rude and not understanding about the issue. I had to call another cleaning service to finish the job! If y'all want a true cleaning then I recommend keep searching cause you won't get your money worth by the is bogus Seevice!! read more

I was Leary of the maid service but I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Before the Tgiving holidays, I did a deep cleaning of my house on my own. It took me about a week to get all of the dust and clutter out of my house. I was determined to find a cleaning service that could come in and get the dust and pet hair (2 dogs) out of the on a bi-weekly basis. Maid sense was affordable, punctual, and had 3 ladies here to clean and be done within 2 hours. My house is no small fleet, but Maid Sense made it happen and happen well! Kudos! read more

We have used Maid Sense housekeeping services for almost 2 years since we moved to Texas and they have met our expectations many times. Even though the first few times I did have some complaints with David, the owner, about our salted water fish tank not supposed to be touched but David did pay some attention to this matter. The last time we weren't happy when it was right before Christmas and the maids did a pretty average job rushing in and out of the house but after I gave them a negative rating on their website, I knew the owner did send a better team to clean our place for many times after (which means he must have read the reviews and ratings!) Thanks for doing a great job most of the times! Just hope the quality would be more consistent among different teams. The maids are honest, attentive and very kind to my little boy who are pretty shy. They are very on time, always get to our place at 9am as I requested even though the booked window is from 8-10am. And they don't use chemicals around our little joy as I also requested. Prices are very reasonable and if you are a regular customer you are on the schedule which guarantees you some good cleaning close to holidays. Website to book or change appointments are easy to use and it always sends a reminder for your upcoming service so you can change it if needed by 5pm the day before to avoid penalty fee. My experience with Maid Sense was average to say the least. Communication with their administrative team was not very professional. It was enough to make me not want to use them again, especially when there are so many companies out there with much better customer service. The maids were fine, but for a first time cleaning, the price is significantly higher (50% higher!!), and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. I'm pretty particular about the way my home is cleaned. I am a mom of 3 and just don't have the time to get to everything like it needs to be. So when I hire a service to clean it I want it clean. The price was a steal compared to others. The first team they sent was team 1 and they were so good I had to tell all my friends and my husband was probably a bit tired of me pointing out all the things they cleaned and comparing them to other cleaning services by the end of the day. Couple weeks roll around and it's time for my scheduled cleaning again. They sent a different team. Uh-oh. They were not very professional and they missed quite a bit. I decided no biggie, I'll stick with the first team. Except the next time they sent a different team again and they did an even worse job! There was so much they didn't even touch and what they did do was very lazily done. I was so frustrated to be cleaning my house right after they left. I called and David (who is very nice) assured me my next appointment will be with team 1. He wasn't sure why that changed. Finally team one returns and they again go above and beyond. I mean they did everything. They even pushed my couches away from the wall to get underneath them! Every surface was cleaned, not just wiped but cleaned. Other reviews show messy tables and dusty areas, well I'm sure they didn't get team 1!
