I needed a professional deep cleaning service for my house! They had my toilet that had a brown stain around sparking white & my bathroom was silver plated was pretty! They had my kitchen stove eyes that had grit from cooking clean and the drip trays looking brand new!! They have a specific cleaner that also cleaned a 10 qt pot that was stained with tea shining like when I bought it! I now have such a clean house that I can enjoy that really hadn't had a deep cleaning in a year!! Thank you for your service read more

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, Home was very clean upon completion. Very proffesional and Easy to deal with.

I just got hung upon by the owner Jefferey because He realizes that I will not use his company anymore. He just said "payment" as he rudely hung up as if he doesn't want to hear my feedback. I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner. read more

Not happy with my outcome. Being haggled while at Work so the negotiation was annoying, don't want trouble on my end so I paid and I feel the price paid, definitely not worth what was done. read more

Service requested and was trying to schedule a time with his team and I asked a few questions on timing and logistics and he quickly said he can't help with no explanation. While we didn't engage more than an initial consultation, I find the exchange rude and unprofessional. My exact questions: - are you available after this time? - how about this day and this time? - do I need to be present? - what are your normal working hours? He dismissed me by saying I think it's best you find someone else we cannot service you with no explanation. Gosh I didn't know asking questions they did not provide was in any way going to result in a rude dismissal. What a waste of time. Be careful .. if I run into issues I don't think good services will be provided by this company! read more

Maid in House has been cleaning my house for several years. The ladies are thorough and friendly, and they work hard. They also have a great attitude, and I never worry about them coming to the house if I'm at work and my elderly mom and dogs are at home. My house is not the easiest to clean, but Maid in House gets the job done well, and at a fair price. read more

The cleaning ladies are thorough, Hard workers and gets the job done. One worker spoke no English but the other did. I was very satisfied with their work. read more

Jeffrey (the owner) was quick to respond to set up service. I requested a deep clean for our 5/2.5 home, and the 2 ladies did a great job! I had the house picked up, and they covered everything on their checklist as shown on the website. I was quoted an hourly rate online, Jeffrey thought it would take 4 hours. He was spot on, and less than the quotes I received from competitors. I will call them again before our next crowd of out of town guests come to Houston. read more

Maid in House does a great job and because they send 2 housekeepers, they are done fast (for my house, about 2 hours) which I appreciate. It's a little more expensive than paying for 1, but I like having my house done quickly! They are thorough and if I need something done, they are receptive. I had to change dates a couple times and they were able to be flexible. read more

They arrive at least 20 minutes late and then sit in driveway for another 30 minutes every single time (before and after). I'm not exaggerating. They don't really clean very well either and have torn zipper on two silk pillowcases so far. Floors are always sticky after they mop. I prefer Midas but they stopped serving my area. read more

I highly recommend Maid in House and Jeffery's team. Jeffery was highly responsive and even got me on the schedule for the following day. His team did an outstanding job! it was a move-out clean, and the ladies had the place sparkling clean and looking brand new! i would definitely use Maid in House again! read more

I contacted Jeffery, the owner of Maid in House, for a deep clean service for a move-out with 2 days notice. Jeffery was highly responsive and answered "no problem". Two ladies came on time and spent 3h cleaning my 4bdrm house. The place looked great afterwards and the cost was competitive. I recommend Maid in House for cleaning homes. read more

I needed a company to help deep clean and organize my home. Jeff was quick to respond and has been a joy to work with. He explained pricing and came to meet me on the 1st visit. They do a great job on our house! Makes life easier! They are always on time and easy to communicate with.

I had them come out to do some house cleaning after our Christmas stuff was over and we are getting ready for a party here this weekend. Depsite the disorganized status of our house, they managed to do everything that I wanted done and did a terrific job of it, too. They arrived promptly and worked all day to help get our house and patio in presentable condition. I would certainly recommend them again! And will call them whenever I need more help read more

I contacted MIH last minute, because I didn't have time to deep clean before family came to visit. Jeff was quick to respond with a quote and continued to be super responsive during all of our interactions after that. He even sent a reminder the day before and let me know when they were on their way day of. The cleaning team was on time, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. They even left little roses made from toilet paper on our rolls. Great experience and I will definitely use them again. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Jeff was very communicative and easy to work with. The ladies did a wonderful and thorough job! And the price was more than responsible! I will be using them again! read more

Jeff is a great communicator regarding my son moving out of his Houston apartment. I asked him if I could pay by Venmo after the cleaning ladies send up pictures of the clean apartment. He did and the ladies did an excellent job on the move out!!! It looks like a new apartment! I highly recommend Maid In House! read more

I highly recommend this service! I have used many different maid services and this is the best. The communication of when they're showing up is always correct. They are prompt, efficient, and do a fantastic job. And, as a great bonus, they can often accommodate super last minute requests. I forgot that we needed to clean my daughter's old apartment on move out and they fit it in the very next day! Superb customer service! read more

I'm moving into a new apartment so I found this company on Yelp to clean it up before my official move. I read good reviews and never thought I'd have an issue until my experience that I recently had. (I now realize most of the good reviews are somewhat old) I came back to my apartment and noticed dust in multiple places, simple things such as the counters weren't even wiped down, and to be honest I could've done a better job myself. It was such a joke! When I reached out to Jeff and voiced my concerns he didn't respond to them until I called him. He became angry with me on the phone and said I was being nitpicky. During the consultation I specifically asked him if the closet shelves would be cleaned and he said they would be, and they were not even touched. They did not even vacuum in the small closet in the front of my apartment or clean the bathroom counter or faucet at all either. All the window sills were left dusty as well. There was an issue that my apartment had been recently painted and apparently this made the cleaners rush while they were cleaning my apartment. If they had noticed the paint smell as soon as they got there they should have told me and not started the job at all. It seems like the only thing that was done was that the floor was vacuumed and the toilet was cleaned albeit very badly. Upon discovering this I sent the owner multiple photos and asked if there was anyway that this could be resolved? Maybe the cleaners ran out of time and had to come back? But no his only solution was him getting mad at me on the phone and he insisted that the cleaners did a good job for me given the circumstances. When I asked him how he wanted to handle this he said in no way because "we are done" not even any effort to correct this terrible job and he hung up on me. I will now spend my time cleaning my own apartment and being $100 out! He was kind at first and I was nothing but professional and honest and he took it out on me aggressively. After voicing my concerns he hung up on me and avoided all of my issues only asking for money. Word of advice - find any cleaning service but this one. They do not care about the client, do not even attempt to do a good job at cleaning, and only are concerned about getting their money. I will be telling my friends about them so they can avoid this company. Would rate 0 stars if possible. And to the owner it's one thing to want to collect your money but getting angry at someone is never appropriate. I truly hope you don't treat your employees the way you treated me. read more

Jeff is so friendly, responsive, and professional, he maid scheduling service so easy. I secured a service appointment the same week I requested a quote! Monica and Adelina arrived within the arrival window that scheduled. The ladies had their supplies and were very friendly and professional. Monica let me know when they were finished and asked if I could check my home to ensure I was satisfied. They paid close attention to details and left my house smelling and looking great! Jeff takes Venmo or Square Cash, which worked great for us. We scheduled for serviced every two-weeks and couldn't be happier with the service. Jeff's prices are reasonable and very affordable. We decided to give Maid in House a call to clean our house that we had just bought. They showed up, cleaned within a few hours, and I received a text from Jeff when they were done. Overall, they did a good job. read more

I've used Maid In House on a regular basis for over 5 years and am very pleased. The nature of this business is that the crews may change sometimes, but every effort is made to keep the same crew on our house. And there's always at least one who is familiar with our house and can explain to the others who may be new. For example in addition to the usual inside cleaning, our outside porches & furniture are cleaned, windows cleaned, specific cleaner used for the piano etc. The girls try to please and ask if all is OK at the end of the cleaning. They work efficiently, do a very good job and are pleasant. And the cost is fair and reasonable for this type of service. Jeffrey contacts us to confirm the upcoming cleaning a day or two before, confirm the time; and their arrival is timely. Recommend that you give Maid In House a try. Pam E. read more

Since the pandemic started, we had not had someone came in to clean our house in 6 month. So imagine, 6 months worth of dust and who knows what else. I tried cleaning myself but I know I missed something. Had the ladies from Maid in House came in yesterday and came home with a spotless house. I feel so much better. My experience with Maid in House has been very professional. I called Jeffery, the owner of the company, and told him what I needed and when. He said "Not a problem! I will send one of my amazing lady crews." I was so pleasantly surprised. They showed up on time and immediately got to work. They brought their own cleaning supplies from shower cleaner to a vacuum. The young ladies knew exactly what to do and how to do it with very little coaching from me. I was very impressed. I will definitely use them again and again. Thank you Jeffery! read more

Great job cleaning! We have 3 pets and they did a wonderful job with the pet hair! Also, they have great attention to detail. We shopped around cleaning services for a while and Maid In House really stood out from the competition. While we were getting quotes, Maggie came to our house and met with us, walked through the house, took notes, and explained her company. She is very professional and extremely personable. We really liked her approach and the fact she uses the same team for each cleaning. This was important to us as you're basically letting strangers in your house. They've been very good about cleaning wood and counters with the correct products. Other companies we spoke with just gave rough estimates based on square footage and seemed to rely on volume and weren't as personal. A lot of negative reviews of those companies stemmed from them using the same products regardless of floor/counter type (which can be problematic) and also that there was very little accountability if any problems came up. The fact that Maggie knows her team and is very hands on gave us a little more peace of mind. I have no doubt that she'd take care of any issues immediately. Our first clean was the second week of March and it was a really deep clean that left our place spotless. They spent a good 4 hours on a Saturday working incredibly hard. Maggie wanted to be present for our first clean so we was nice enough to schedule it on the weekend so she was there to make sure everything went perfectly, and it did. We had wood floors installed last August and when they were done, they looked brand new. In fact, everything looked great. There's also less dust which helps my wife's allergies. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends. It may cost a little more than the competition but it's worth every penny for the peace of mind, professionalism, and the higher quality work. read more

This was my first time using Maid in House and so glad I found them, thanks to yelpers. These ladies know how to clean like it should be done and they were so careful with my things and got right down to business when they got here. My home is sparkling clean!! They are beyond awesome! My mother made certain that I knew how to keep a clean house, so I know the work it requires. Not only does it require work, but also a passion for the people living in the space. When I learned of the business owner's story, I knew her passion for knowing and servicing her customers couldn't be matched. My home is clean (like my mother likes it) and my heart is happy. Thanks ladies! read more

If you just need a good cleaning to look ok for guests then it is great. I booked a move-out cleaning and explained when booking that I needed oven, cabinets, etc. done. I had to mention dusting the blinds and louvered doors for them to get cleaned. I would expect with a move-out cleaning they would wipe the top of the door frames and such. They have a checklist they give you where it states dust reachable vents, I guess one on the ceiling or at the top edge of 8ft walls is not in a reachable spot. I was told a crew of two would be there at 8am, one person showed up at 9am. I was charged for six hours however Overall....would not use again for a move-out cleaning. read more
