Hired Santiago to clean windows inside & outside of our 3000 sq ft house in league city. He was here 5-6 hours and showed up on time. He cleaned the tracks too for a very reasonable charge. The screens were stuck in some windows. Instead of just pulling on them and bending them, he took care & used pliers to gently get them out. Would definitely recommend. read more

I have an older home and I think the windows that the previous owners installed over 23 years ago were the original design of storm windows. They are difficult to get into and one area can not even be reached to clean. For this reason I had not cleaned mine for over 15 years. Needless to say they had accumulated a lot of spider webs, bugs and dirt/grime. Santi gave me a quote over the phone by looking up my home online. He came out to clean today and did a great job. My windows look so much better, one of them I thought the pane was missing. He took the time to reach as far back as he could get on every window, removed screens for better access and Windexed all of the inside windows. He even cleaned up the glass on the inside and outside of my front door. He was very polite and respectful. Additionally, even though the windows were more difficult to clean, he held to the amount he quoted me over the phone. He also does power washing so I plan to give him a call when I need that service. read more

Field Tech was great and offered to retouch windows after a storm hit in the middle of the job. I tipped him well. Problem is the inexperienced leadership; there was a window in a pop out box on the second story kitchen area that was missed. When I gently inquired if "perhaps it was missed" I was met with the text below: "We definitely took care of all the windows". That's bad customer service to be so cocky. I'm glad they showed pics of the job (although not the window in question), but that's not proof of completion. And to offer a wild opinion that it could be a broken seal and mold is laughable; the window was installed less than a year ago, seal intact. A better response would be "thanks for bringing that to our attention! Our tech believes he had gotten them all, but perhaps the storm prevented the perfection which we strive for. We would love to offer you a __% discount on your next service!" Sorry, but you're getting dinged a couple stars to learn this lesson on custy service. read more
