Kyle is the sole owner and operator, so there are no sub-contractors or day-laborers working on your residence. He can quote over the phone by using internet images, however discussing special needs in advance will help him give a complete quote. He took care of a couple of my spur of the moment nominal requests such as cleaning the outside glass on our two story porch hanging light. Highly recommended. read more

Space City Window Cleaning is the real deal! After hiring a few other window cleaning services in Houston that left us with streaky windows...it was VERY refreshing to finally have found a company that knew what they were doing. Our windows have never looked so clean! We did the outside, inside and the screens and my house feels brand new again just in time for the holidays. Can't wait to have Kyle and the team out again next time. Don't waste your time with other cleaning companies, this one is legit! read more

I needed urgent exterior window washing for my 3 story townhome as we had tenants moving in, and had to have it done in 2 days. I called around and no one could get me in soon. I was able to reach Kyle who happened to be in the area and happened to be available. He got to my house in less than an hour and had the job done in a few hours. He was prompt and professional and texted me photos afterwards since I couldn't be there in person. I was able to submit payment electronically and all was done with ease. For what could have been a stressful situation was stress-free. Thanks, Kyle!!! read more

Space City Window Cleaning did a great job with the windows and screens at our house. As a matter of fact, I was looking at some of the windows they cleaned, and I thought that the windows were opened. They weren't open, it was just that clean that you couldn't tell there were windows. The screen cleaning was reasonably priced, and the finished product looked great. Lastly, they were able to remove and reinstall our storm door windows to properly clean them. This is an excellent company that's highly professional, great communicators, and receptive to the customer's needs! read more

Cannot say enough GREAT things about Kyle and his team at Space City Window Cleaning. The entire process was painless from beginning to end. The pricing was straight forward and very transparent. Great customer service, superb pricing and very flexible with my schedule! He was on time and was finished in the blink of an eye.

Kyle is an incredibly professional worker. He responded immediately to my request to clean my entire house windows both inside and the outside. He scheduled cleaning services exceptionally quick on a Sunday. He showed up exactly on time at 9 AM and spend the next six hours meticulously cleaning the windows. He even cleaned the inside of the window sills where the window rests when closed with brushes and wipes. All around a first class project with not a single window streak after closely examining the windows on two perfectly sunny days this week. I would heartily recommend him for you next window cleaning project. read more

Kyle did a very good job on our windows in spite of some challenging areas to reach, everything was sparkling and tidy when they left. They were able to do our job the day after we called, well in advance of what I was expecting. They were experienced, professional, competent and pleasant; we will be using them again. read more

Kyle from Space City is as solid as they come. I've had different companies come out to clean my windows and the work ethic/ job standard is almost always lacking. This is not the case with Space City Window. Kyle obviously cares about the quality of the service he offers and it shows in his attention to detail and work ethic. The price was right and I knew I got more than I paid when I saw the finished job. I love to support local businesses but Space City Window Cleaning makes it easy to recommend them to anyone. read more

If you need a good, honest person to clean your windows and gutters, Kyle is the person to go to. Our home was built 2 years ago and we hadn't had our windows cleaned since we moved in, we also had not cleaned our gutters since we had them installed a year ago. We asked Kyle to do both, when he got to the house, he inspected the gutters and said they didn't need cleaned, so he didn't charge us. He could have said he cleaned them and I would have not known any different. My windows were cleaner than they were when we moved in. He is fast, friendly and thorough. I have added Space City Window cleaning to my contacts and plan to use him time and time again. read more
