I cannot say enough good things about Brea. From the moment I requested a quote, to the moment she revealed my freshly cleaned house to me, she communicated every step of the way. I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. I am writing this review to strongly urge anyone considering this service to proceed with caution. I hired them right after closing on a new home with my partner. The house was already generally clean, but it had been vacant, so there was typical dust in corners, behind toilets, and in window sills. I was quoted nearly $600 for what was described as an in-depth, all-day deep cleaning. On the day of the appointment, I made the mistake of giving them lockbox access because I was running behind. I arrived 40 minutes later to find a toddler inside my million-dollar home, throwing monster trucks onto custom cabinetry and bamboo floors. I was shocked. I don't have children, and the idea of a toddler being in my home--both for the safety of my property and the child--was completely unacceptable. The owner tried to smooth things over but offered no discount or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. They came back to "redo" the cleaning, and within just a few hours they claimed they were done. Dust behind the toilets was still there. They insisted I check everything on the spot, but anyone who has ever moved knows that you cannot catch every detail when you're juggling a dozen tasks--especially when you're paying professionals to handle it. When my partner arrived, she opened the microwave and oven. Both were still dirty, and with nothing more than a damp paper towel, everything wiped clean effortlessly. That alone told me the job had not been done properly the first--or second--time. I paid them just to be done with the situation, but looking back, I shouldn't have paid the owner anything. From what I understand, she charges an outrageous amount and only pays the cleaners around $100 each, which is incredibly unfair. On top of all that, I was informed that wiping the exterior windows was "extra," even at a $600 price tag. They ended up doing it, but at that point it was clear nothing was really included. In the end, I was left with stress, disappointment, and a home that was barely surface-cleaned, certainly not deep-cleaned. If you're thinking about hiring this service, be aware that you may experience unprofessional surprises--like toddlers on your property--and pay a premium for work that doesn't even meet basic expectations. read more

I swear Brea must be powered by some kind of secret superhero energy, because she saved this very tired mama. I work full-time, I'm grinding through a graduate degree, plus I've got a high-school freshman and a five-year-old tag-teaming my sanity. My house was... let's just say "real life" was winning. Brea showed up around 10-11 AM and stayed until 9 PM. No joke. She didn't rush, didn't cut corners, and somehow managed to clean and lift my spirits at the same time. She's incredibly detailed, warm, and honestly feels like someone who becomes part of the family in the best way. I called her back for a normal clean r the day before Thanksgiving to tame the chaos of our family crew to host on annual Thanksgiving family Feast! Brea and her associate did a fantastic job cleaning our new, but very old, house in Galveston. Top to bottom, dusting and cleaning light fixtures, baseboards, and everything in between. The kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling, and these old wood floors look better than I thought was possible.
