Jonathan and Natalie are a very sweet and caring couple. However for the price of a move-out cleaning I expected a little more. I have a 1 bedroom townhouse which took them just under 2 hours too clean. The mirrors in the bathroom had smears and I had to do again with windex. The shower was cleaned using my own spray which is only indicated to prevent mold, not clean it. I had to clean that myself as well as there were still old water marks on the screen door. Many of the tables dusted were with the same rag which maybe was not clean as I also had to dust them again. I also feel the vacuum cleaner is not strong as my carpets and floors still have hair/lint on them. Lastly, I missed out on the flowers which are only for regular cleanings, not move-in/out. We have had These folks clean our house twice now and definitely noticed they make sure to clean and organize anything and everything in their line of site. They offer Laundry services if requested for an additional fee. Although we don't use that service it's great to know they have it available. Their attention to detail in terms of dusting , organizing, storing, has yet to displease us. After the services are compete , they always leave behind fresh flowers as their token of appreciation. I originally contacted La KJ to schedule Move-in service for my rental property. Due to renovation delays, I ended up not using La KJ. The contractor kept missing deadlines for completing the work. Each time I would have to contact Natalie to let her know. She was so understanding and accommodating throughout the ordeal. Great service! Natalie saved my Mother's 90th birthday. My family all came to Houston to celebrate my mom's 90th. We rented an Airbnb house. Got in around midnight Friday and had to host a dinner party on Saturday night. The house was filthy. Everything was sticky, bathrooms disgusting, kitchen gross, etc. I couldn't get my Airbnb host to respond to complaints so I took matters in my own hands. Looked up cleaning services on Yelp and found Natalie's company. She returned my call in 10 minutes and when she learned what a jam we were in she rearranged her childcare and showed up with all her supplies in 45 minutes.
