I just got hung upon by the owner Jefferey because He realizes that I will not use his company…read moreanymore. He just said "payment" as he rudely hung up as if he doesn't want to hear my feedback. I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.

I requested a quote from Naturalcare and got a response immediately. I called for more details and was booked for the next available Saturday on the spot. It was prefect timing for me too since I don't know when the baby will actually come. They've been reminding me through text a couple days before the appointment and even on the appointment day, they texted me that they were on the way. They're very good at communication. I forgot to ask their names, but the workers came in and were very friendly, asking questions like - do I prefer they take their shoes off while working? is there a certain area they should pay attention to? is there anything specific they need to know before they begin? And they were also very friendly about letting my little dachshund run around. For about two hours of cleaning, I can say I am very impressed with their work. My bathtub and toilet were getting a little dirty which was embarrassing but they cleaned it all up and everything looks brand new, white and pearly! They organized my shampoos and conditioners, even wiped down my make up drawers. OH - and they even cleaned out my rice cooker which was seriously the cherry on top! In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied, I am so happy to be sitting in a clean house, and most importantly, it's become a clean environment for when I bring my baby boy home!

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service we received, especially considering the…read morepremium pricing and the fact that this was booked as a deep cleaning. While we appreciated the cleaner coming back to address some concerns, we continued to notice many missed areas throughout the home. The main kitchen floor still had visible spots and sections that appeared untouched. The recycling in the pull-out bin near the sink was never taken out. Several light fixtures and areas throughout the home were missed, and even small details, such as shoes being moved onto the bench and not returned to where they originally belonged, showed a lack of attention to detail. More concerning was the fact that our half bathroom was completely missed and untouched during the initial cleaning. We expected the team to communicate with us if something had been overlooked rather than leaving without addressing it. A professional deep cleaning company should have a clear checklist, strong communication, and quality control measures in place. We also paid an additional fee specifically for baseboards to be cleaned, and many of them were still untouched. At this point, we are continuously finding more things that were missed despite these services being listed as included in the deep cleaning package. This was our first deep cleaning service, so we had high expectations. Instead of being able to focus on our children and simply maintain the home afterward, I still had to go back and clean myself. My fiancé even expressed that he felt we should have just handled it ourselves. My mother also had to come over to help clean afterward, and we are still discovering things that were overlooked. At this point, we have decided to hire another company to come deep clean the home properly because this did not feel like a true deep cleaning. It felt more like a surface or spot clean despite the services that were advertised as included. The only reason we are giving a 2 out of 5-star rating is because the company did send someone back to touch up some areas and attempted to make things right, but we still continued finding missed baseboards and other overlooked items afterward, and at this point, we no longer feel confident in the level of detail, communication, and reliability we expected from a professional deep cleaning service. If a deep clean is what you desire without micromanaging this company will not be a great fit for you. If you choose this company, please be prepared to follow the cleaners from room to room watching them and having somebody to watch each Cleaner as they clean.

I need to be honest here - as a cleaning agency, while there are a few things I did like about…read moreBetter Choice (responsiveness, straightforward pricing, on-time arrival), I can't say I'll be using them again - and I would not recommend to others. Context: we are in the process of preparing to move. We have most of our belongings boxed in the garage, and at the time the cleaners arrived, there was what I would characterize as a very normal amount of personal belongings. The cleaners said they normally start in the primary bedroom, and when it wasn't available at the start time, they went to the kitchen. So far so good. And I'm working alongside - like I said, we're prepping the house, it's a team sport. But then they'd start to get sidetracked or hyperfocused on non-issue areas like intensely scrubbing the top inside of the oven or wiping each blind over and over. I really don't want to be micromanaging, so I text the HQ and just make sure we're on the same page of the things that were outlined in their inclusions. I say that since we're mostly interested in taking care of stuff that will show in photos, I wonder if we could deprioritize the drawer interior wiping and organizing. And they would respond to that, but then get hung up on something else. What didn't make sense to me was, again, the fact that the house was in a pretty normal condition as far as the stuff that people usually have around the house, but the cleaners were operating like they were only used to doing a rental deposit prep after belongings had been taken out. Fast forward to now, several days later. Every day I'm finding things that were definitely in their cleaning path that were completely ignored. It's unfortunate that I didn't notice them when they were here, but again, who wants to micromanage? And yet I'm taking magic erasers to blinds - the ones that they spent a ton of time on - because there are very obvious but very cleanable (read: one magic eraser swipe) spots on them. I literally picked a dead mosquito out of the window sill shortly after they left. I will say this - together, we got a lot more done in a relatively short amount of time than I would've been able to do on my own. The office staff were quick to respond and communications were prompt and professional. But if you need an extra set or two of hands of people who will work, there are better-priced alternatives, and I'm sure you'll find one or two that will dazzle you with the results. tl;dr: A Better Choice? Sadly, this is not.

I was quoted a little under $400 for a deep clean of a approx. 1,700 one story home that was fairly empty due to moving...which means they didn't have many surfaces to clean. After their 2 hours of cleaning nothing was done and they called requesting 2 more hours ($400 more dollars...TOTAL OF $800!). The workers were working slow as molasses. When my father talked to them they stated that they can only clean one room per hour. WTH? When I confronted the company about this they claimed the workers had bad English...no, they said what they said! EXPOSED! No wonder nothing was done, you are purposely working slow. Those rooms are tiny. I ended up playing for one extra hour. My total was close to $600 and the only thing that was clean was the two restrooms, kitchen, and small dining area. I...yes I had to clean the house myself because it was not vacuumed and baseboards and surfaces were still dirty in the areas they supposedly clean. Unless you want a thousand dollar bill for a house you will still have to clean yourself, I suggest you find a place that gives you full quotes before work and does not use a foot in the door approach. These people are crooks. Yes, I said what I said. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
