What bothered me (they can be put back with some effort) was that 4 of them dropped; seems to be carelessness as I've had housekeeping services for many years now without problems. What upset me most was the ZERO RESPONSE when I raised this; I wanted them to be aware and be more careful / gentle in future. Based on the cleaning alone, I would have given 4 or even 5 stars. However, after the service, I discovered that a $50 Amazon gift card--received at our baby shower and kept in the same spot for weeks--was missing. The only time it could have gone missing was during the cleaning, as the workers were the last people in our home before we noticed it was gone. I brought this concern to the owner, but unfortunately, there was no resolution--only denial because of the trust she had in her worker's word after asking them about it. While I understand that situations like this can be difficult, but the lack of accountability was disappointing. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but the absence of any attempt to make things right doesn't sit well with me.

Upon cleaning day before the start of the window for the maids arrival I received a call from the manager who stated that the maid that was schedule was not able to come. The manager asked if we could reschedule or he would come himself later. The rescheduling was not an option so the manager and 1 other person serviced my property. So the cleaning was just ok. I was really expecting for it to shine and to smell really fresh and it wasn't. I ended up having to go back and wipe the kitchen countertop and the isle before my tenant arrived because I could still see crumbs and residue on the granite. The floor was vacuumed however, the corners were not, so debris still remained against the walls. Also, in the master bathroom they did a wonderful job on the shower door but there was soap scum left on the shower wall that I had to clean before the tenant came. So overall I felt like the cleaning was just sub par. But good luck to the business and maybe if the actual maid would have came the results would have been better but I think I will have to try another provider.

The owner went above and beyond to understand the cleaning code, get the best products to use, and forming the best strategy to balance risk management but improving the state of the chairs. I understood he couldn't guarantee results, but felt that he worked hard and long to ensure the best outcome possible. In the end, we did see a big improvement in the chairs, and while they don't look brand new, it's much better. Communication was also easy throughout the process, and price was very reasonable after I checked with other companies as well. I'd recommend and use him again.
